All day long I feel like I have the fcuking flu

. I feel nauseous and tired as hell all fcuking day, but......once I start lifting forget about it...(mobster voice). Fcuking insanity!!:aargh:
I wont go through all my numbers today cause like I said I feel like sht so I'm going to post this and then head off to the vit store to get some antioxidant vits for sure!
Today was the upper portion of my split. Chest/back/shoulders/traps/ and abs.
DB press: PR!! 5lbs^
Flys: same but did a gnarly ass drop set TG style
Pullups: PR!! 2 reps^
DB Rows: PR!! 2 reps^
Military press: PR!! 20lbs increase in weight!!^
Cable side laterals: PR!! 3 reps^
DB Shrugs: PR!! Heaviest DBs in my gym are only 120lbs but I did 4 sets of 20 reps with those and then ran the mother fcuking rack down to 65lberz:aargh: Bout 9sets total I'd say..
Then I did some ab work and split..
Overview: Day 4
I feel like total ass all fcuking day. It's hard to stay at work, very tired also. Weight is up a few lbs but it was down 1.5 yesterday so IDK. To early to tell for sure. I'll weigh myself this weekend.
Pump today in my chest was unbelievable to say the least. I looked 10lbs heavier once I left the gym easy....Mood is sht also, I snap pretty quickly and I have broken a few things around the house lol...I don't blame this on the drol though because my personal life is in utter fcuking ruins right now and I'm an extremely violent person anyways (despite my 2+ years of court ordered anger management I completed lol).
Anyways that's about it I guess. Strength and vascularity are simply insane. Way better than epi so far. 10/10 easy!!
