Word. I wonder if I dose in the morning if my headaches will go away? If this last for days like it did with the Edrol I might try it that way. Did you have any sleeping problems on it??

I did sneak in some back extensions yesterday though. Lower back work is a huge no no taking these dirty ass ph's IMO. You'll see...When you gonna start popin those bulk tabs Heavies??

I have two of those for sheeze... RDL and SLDL are Deadlifts - but you'll have to explain a little better. I do floor deadlifts about twice a month.

Straight leg dead lift. straight legs.

Mine aren't that bad and I have never gotten them during my wo.It always comes afterwards or even on off days.Work can bring them on,and sometimes when I'm sitting I just have that presure.....I also take atleast 4 grams of taurine prewo,and first thing on off days.

Two totally different moves also. The RDL are more of a full back move hitting the glutes and quads to some extent were the SLDL's are strictly a hamstring move. (if you do it right lol)

Drink the fvck outta some water..... Dbol gives bad back pumps too, try and work through it.... my last cycle I would leave the gym and could hardly stand straight, but fvck it......

also an old pro told me 2-4 gm of taurine a day, it helps.....

Well I felt a hell of a lot better today ....physically at least. Woke up around 3:am from a weirdass dream that just totally fcuked me up for the whole day.(you know the kind?) I'm dealing with alot of personal sht right now so I think it's just spilled over into my subconscious:sad:. Which sucks cause my dreams are supposed to be reserved or playmates and imaginary battlefields of endless violence and such:frustrate. O'well the show goes on.
Today is an off day so I'm just going to eat everything I can force down my pie hole and crash the fcuk out. Had about 450 grams of carbs already so another 250 will make me happy I guess. What else?...BP last night was 119/81 so that's good heart rate has increased my an average of 12BPM (this happened last time too).
I'll weigh myself at the end of this week and post it, other than that I really don't have much to say today.

If you are in the hunt for back strength just do good mornings, you will be amazed at how much your squat & dead will go up.

& don't forget reverse hypers.......

.I have heard famous trainers,lifting coaches,bb'rs say that a deadlift involves alot of leg from the ground to the knees,then once it clears the knees it's mostly back.Set the pins to pull form the knees.It's kind of tricky to get the form.Just do a dead in front of the bar so to speak,cause when you start in the rack,you want to be in the exact position you would be on a reg dead when done correctly.But yeah,it takes the legs out of the dead lift for the most part,greatlty increases weight,And it's so much easier for me to get the lats flexed and keep them flexed throughout.I have gotten my lats sore from rack deads only.And the burn and soreness you will get in your rear traps is amazing!

Theirs a guy at my gym who will do 3 different shrugs in 1 wo.I just laugh and do my rack deads and get them sore from front to back,top to bottom.

I wont go through all my numbers today cause like I said I feel like sht so I'm going to post this and then head off to the vit store to get some antioxidant vits for sure!


Today was the upper portion of my split. Chest/back/shoulders/traps/ and abs.
DB press: PR!! 5lbs^
Flys: same but did a gnarly ass drop set TG style
Pullups: PR!! 2 reps^
DB Rows: PR!! 2 reps^
Military press: PR!! 20lbs increase in weight!!^
Cable side laterals: PR!! 3 reps^
DB Shrugs: PR!! Heaviest DBs in my gym are only 120lbs but I did 4 sets of 20 reps with those and then ran the mother fcuking rack down to 65lberz:aargh: Bout 9sets total I'd say..
Then I did some ab work and split..

I feel like total ass all fcuking day. It's hard to stay at work, very tired also. Weight is up a few lbs but it was down 1.5 yesterday so IDK. To early to tell for sure. I'll weigh myself this weekend.
Pump today in my chest was unbelievable to say the least. I looked 10lbs heavier once I left the gym easy....Mood is sht also, I snap pretty quickly and I have broken a few things around the house lol...I don't blame this on the drol though because my personal life is in utter fcuking ruins right now and I'm an extremely violent person anyways (despite my 2+ years of court ordered anger management I completed lol).
Anyways that's about it I guess. Strength and vascularity are simply insane. Way better than epi so far. 10/10 easy!!
I'll answer questions you guys may have so feel free to ask if you got 'em......

how much weight do you expect to gain on just 2 weeks? the third not worth the sides in your opinion? If i did 10/10 my bottle of mdrol would last like 6-7 runs. Yikes.

Yeah,I bought 3 before I realised this.The price was so good and I thought I better take advantage before they raise it again,or it goes out of stock.Well..........crazy @$$ long time later.Same damn price!

The third week wasn't worth it for me with SD at just 10mg's.We are all different,so see how it goes with your SD cycle.

Well I wrote this in my first post but 5-7 keepers, might go for week 3 if gains to sides ratio is good and I'm dosing 10/20.

Right now though I feel like sht and I just want to beat the living fcuk out of anyone who looks at me so I think I'll stay at 2 weeks unless there is a drastic change in the way I feel/mood. Could be getting shutdown already? not too sure but the sudden decline in mood might suggest this..
Scale says I'm up 3lbs so far on average. I've seen guys gain 10-15lbs in two weeks on SD easy and I can almost guarantee I'm eating more than most anyone I've seen. 5,000cals/220grms protein/500grm carbs today and I still have dinner and my night-night shake to go.:food::head:
