UPDATE: I just wanted to pop in here and record my BP reading for today. Are y'all ready for dis sh*t? It is 113/67!!! Don't you mo-fo's know I'm happy about that?!! I'm feeling absolutely great right now!! The Epi/TRN/Phera combo must have some kind of effect on endorphins or something. I feel high as a mutha-fukker!! :woohoo: It's great. I could take on all the frost-giants in Jotunheim right now!! This was the last Chest and Triceps workout of this cycle. So I had to let it all hang out! I threw caution to the wind this morning. I made sure I warmed-up very thoroughly and stretched really well. Then I fukkin' blasted da sh*t!! :shoot: The gauntlet has been thrown down. The bar has been raised. The standard has been set. As my little bro BlackSheep would say, "It has been broughten"!! :twisted: I went for the gusto and hit some big increases today. Here's a few: CHEST----FLAT BENCH PRESSES: 335 X 9!! PR!! Oh yeah!! :woohoo: Drop to 255 X 10. Drop to 225 X 12. DC type breathing between drops here. INCLINE BENCH PRESSES: 315 X 7!! Another PR! Drop to 240 X 10. Drop to 210 X 9. DC breathing between drops. If I don't specify this, then the rest between drops are only 10 seconds. PEC-DECK FLYES: 210 X 10. Drop to 150 X 12. Drop to 120 X 14. Awesome pump from these. PULLOVERS: 160 X 9! Drop to 105 X 12. No third drop on these. Not needed! LOWER PULLEY CABLE CROSSOVERS: For the upper pecs. 75 X 10. Drop to 60 X 10. Drop to 45 X 12. And so pectorals were blasted!! TRICEPS---SEATED OVERHEAD TRICEPS CABLE EXTENSIONS: 195 X 9!! PR!! I blew away my old numbers on this baby! Drop to 135 X 10. Drop to 105 X 12 for some slow brutal reps. I'm thinking of switching over to more of a DC-type training program for PCT to retain strength and size from this cycle. But after PCT, I'm going to back off the poundages by about 10 to 15% and do 10 to 12 reps in strict form for a few weeks. I can't stand the thought of actually taking a week off from working out! I haven't missed a workout (or cardio session) in the last 11 months!! So I will consider this an "active-rest"!! I will be doing a natty cycle during this time. Then 2 months from now, I'm coming back with something HYOOGE!!! :bb3: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

yes sir , theres a lot of gym`s here, my weight is stable but its hard to keep up with the same intensity, lost nights and some drinks are not the muscle best friends but I`m sure I`ll recover fast...

Yes it is my sistah!! I've been holdin' back on purpose from takin' some. I usually post new pics after PCT. I think I look better after PCT than I do right after a cycle. It seems like PCT dials everything in for me. I lose whatever small amount of water I may be holding, and everything dries out more. I always appear leaner and larger due to increased "clean" carbs I take in during PCT's. I'll carb-load a few days before taking the next round of photos. I'm real excited about posting some new ones!! The one in my avatar and the others in My Photos are over 2 months old now. I'm MUCH leaner than these old photos attest to. Plus, I'm actually gonna shave my "sasquatch-looking" body hair and put on some tan-in-a-bottle sh*t to make these photos better than the last round!! :thumbsup: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:
