Fuc*... kind of takes the wind out of the sails of the dudes that love getting ALL their protein from actual food. I for one HATE genetically engineered meat. If I had it my way, I'd run out with a sawed off and shoot my dinner every night, but there aren't a lot of beasts running around in Manhattan, unless you count the fat chicks in from Jersey.

It def could.You know alot of DC followers avoid flat bb bench.I don't know about that myslef,but alot do get injured with it.Dante says it's not if,but when a pec tear occurs.I know aguy at my gym who tore a pec and you always hear of torn pecs on the flat BB bench........Idk though.

I wake up for work at 430am take a break at 9am lunch at 11am and hit the gym around 2pm and crash about 9pm so...
I was thinking originally about taking it first thing in the morning when I wake up but now I'm thinking take it at 9pm so I still have some in my system when I hit da gym.
Or should I just take it pre-wo???.....Bass??? lol....
 
I have heard that SD isn't realy androgenic so strength increases will come from muscle gained by SD.I would still take it pre wo.30-60 minutes myself.

No sir.I did feel hungover kind of one morning,but I made a big shake with lots of oats and glyco maize(waxy maize)and it went away quickly.Then sometime towards the end of week three I lost my appetite big time!Next run will be 2 weeks for sure!!!Gains came quckly but they didn't last longer than 2 weeks.I already felt the gains had halted before I lost my appetite,but ran it longer due to wishfull thinking I guess.

I did 20/30/30. I cut it short a few days because, as you just mentioned, my appetite had disappeared. Thinking of going 10/10/10 to see if I can do it and feel normal for the three weeks :)

Well thats what I did.So my plan is 10/10 or 10/20 next time.The gains for me were almost instant.If it was the same for you I'd suggest a two weeker too.If they took a little while to kick,then I'd do 3.

Hey Pantera (or BlackSheep) about this max rep chart you guys keep talking about. I've got a question for one of you to answer please. Last week on flat bench I got 330 for 8 reps. What does it say my max would be? I know that the chart is not 100% accurate, but it's probably close. I don't do max singles anymore. Don't want to risk needless injury. Just curious as to what that chart says though. I think I'll cum all over myself if it says 400!! :D I've been close to that before (375 a long time ago), but I haven't maxed out since! But at that time I was only doing 315 for 8 reps. I think I'm closing in on 400 though! THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

I think you know what I'll say little brother. Pre-workout all the way! Even though Super-Drol isn't very androgenic at all, meaning you won't necessarily "feel" anything off of it. It builds up strength as it builds muscle. I still prefer to take my gear 1 hour pre-workout if for nothing else save the placebo effect. Placebo is some powerful sh*t!! The mind is the strongest "muscle" in your body. Use it bro!! Take all of that rage, anger, frustration, and resentment you have for that lousy ex of yours, and focus it all against those weights today!! Kill 'em man!! :aargh: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

:woohoo:I got 410 TG!!!!What I do is google "max lift chart"Their will be different ones but they are usually almost exactly the same.Some will give .5lbs and sh!t.One I went to went from 325-335,another stopped at 300,so I went to a calculator.

In and watching. Just starting first pill of M drol today. I'm pretty excited, because I gained 23 lbs. in 4 weeks from Epidrol earlier this year. My only sides were acne, fighting sickness and backpumps toward the end of cycle. Good luck Black!!!

What you'll feel by day 3 during your workout... as was in my case at least...... will NOT be placebo! You'll be working your arse off like a bulldozer! It was almost like lactic acid and pain didn't exist and your working muscles feel so numb from the pumps! :head:

I'm also planning ahead for my next drol cycle with a 10/20 or 20 for a week and a half. This time though, the hell with a clean diet... I plan to go all out! Some may argue about hte gains would be mostly from the diet... Still a very long way for that though, I'll be tweaking it all as I learn. For now, I'm preparing for my upcoming cherry popping Havoc in 4 or 5 weeks. might even look into that DC training deal... I have no clue what it is, and Pantera, your log is very confusing to me because of that!

So what's with the sigs "Doom Crew?"? Is this from the Mr. Wylde BLS or something like that? I love BLS!

The Sheepster is FIRING IT UP and LETTING THE ENGINES ROLL!!!! Can't wait for that update...

I had a pretty d@mn good wo today anyways. Just got back from the torture chamber a few minutes ago actually. Did my upper body today and fcuking super Set the whole motherfcuking thing. Fcuk it!!
Didn't notice anything more than the classic placebo effects really. I sweat my ass off from all the supers and now I feel like I need to hurl but other than that nothin......yet:twisted:
I think I'll keep all of my lifts on the low end of the rep range for these two weeks. That's what I did today and it felt good. It's just nice to pile on as much weight as possible to every piece of equipment in the gym while all the pussies look at you like your roiding or something lol....:jaw:

I did up my carbs like a mofo so I had a pretty wild pump, and I definitely went a lil heavier than norm but that's it I guess...
