I started taking Recreate after months of research on AnabolicMinds and other nutrition and training forums. I learned after trying Lipo6 two years ago, that I am extremely sensitive to stims, and they tend to put me into a state of extreme anxiety. What drew me to Recreate was that most every post I read showed that it was extremely gentle, and some stimulant-addicts were downright upset with the lack of a stimmed-out feeling! After convincing my wife that I'd be ok to take this, I bought a bottle.

Stimulant Effects [LOW]
My first dose was kinda scary, and the effect I felt might have likely been caused by my own anxiety over trying a thermogenic again (Lipo6 nearly killed me lol). But starting with the second day and beyond, I can barely feel any stimulant from Recreate at all. Just enough to pick me up in the morning and before my workout. It's perfect. This is the only fat burner that I can take. I still feel great on this, with zero jitters, zero anxiety once I passed the first week.

Thermogenic Effect [HIGH]
Holy crap. To this day, I still sweat at ANY activity. It's hard to get used to actually. I have to carry a towel around the gym now, lol. I've never been a sweater, but I pour buckets at intense exertion on Recreate. I also feel a bit hot, which keeps my hotblooded wife unhappy when I turn the A/C on.. And if you have acne/skin problems, sweating this much might not help you, lol (thankfully, I do not).

Appetite Suppressant [MEDIUM]
I really wish USP would provide a non-appetite-suppressant version. My morning dose gives me a dull stomach discomfort since starting the supp. Some days, my appetite is fine and others, i have to remember to eat. This is a conflict for me as my own willpower is enough to keep me away from cheat foods, but I often come close to forgetting a meal when things are busy at work.

Fat Loss [HIGH] Muscle Loss [LOW]
FYI, I'm stacking with Anabolic Pump for nutrient partitioning, but I can attribute a large portion of my results to Recreate. I'm finishing up my second bottle, and have measurable results. I've lost over 10 pounds straight on the scale, however, I'm gaining size as fast as I did in college. I've dropped 3" from my waist, and had to have my slacks brought in already. My buddies in the gym don't think I'm retarded anymore for trying to "clean bulk". The combination of AP and Recreate have allowed me to gain mass and lose fat at the same time, and I don't think I'll ever have to cut... You can find me on AnabolicMinds.com under the same username. DISCLAIMER: I dont care who you are, if you are not eating right and exercising with intensity, you will NOT lose weight (well, you could starve, but you'll end up as fat as you started eventually). Even with a fatburner product, you still have to take care of yourself...

As you know, I am a big fan of Recreate. I posted to this effect some time ago.

You know a lot of people were very impatient with this product but, I knew they were making a mistake and I have tried to tell them that this stuff is the real deal. Now the people who showed patience are reaping tremendous benefits, I guess what I am trying to say is "Put that in your pipe and smoke it" I love it when I'm right.
 
I just left my positive review on NP. I'm on my third bottle and loving it. This is one of the best fat burning products I have ever tried Jacob. Great job!!


Edit: I just checked my review and for some reason there are only 3 stars. I clicked on 5 stars, so I'm not sure what happened? I tried to change it but was unable to do so.

Using Recreate, Powerfull and AP right now and am actually pretty impressed... I will be sure to post something a bit deeper into the stack...
 
Hey USP Labs, love you guys so much I thought I would give you the honor of my first post!!! JK but not really.
I do alot of reading not alot of posting. I took Recreate for the first time this spring and loved! Loved the thermogenic effect. I would slam a car door and break a sweat! Thanks for all the great products. I am really looking forward to Prime. Oh yeah I also left a review on nutraplanet. :afro:

I want to thank USP for putting out great products that actually do what they say they do on the label! I recommend Recreate to anybody that is trying to lose fat! From the first dose I noticed a good steady increase in energy. I wasn't to surprised about the energy boost, because there are many supplements out there I have tried that give you a little rush... What I liked about the energy i got from Recreate is I didn't experience any crash afterwards so that was good. My FAVORITE thing about this product would have to be the "WILL POWER." This stuff is litteraly willpower in a bottle!! Ice Cream is my cryptonite. I cant say no to ice cream, I dream of ice cream. Since I've been on Recreate, I have had no desire to eat ice cream. For me, Recreate has taken the hard part out of being on a low calorie, strict yet healthy diet. I out of the dozens and dozens of fatloss appetite stimulant products I have tried.. Recreate blows everything away. I am on my second bottle and I am loosing about a pound of fat a week. Thanks USP labs for this great stuff!

You know it wasn't untill I read your post that I thought about the craving aspect. I have always been someone with fairly strong cravings and I still have the cravings so I didn't think there was much improvement in this area. Now that I think about though, I seem to have cravings of a more normal person and I have often turned down oportunities for things like ice cream although I still allow myself some from time to time. When I do eat cheat foods though I don't seem to pig out like I used to.
 
ALright.. I submited a review.. As much of a skeptic as i am, and sometimes a USP labs "doubter", whats fair is fair, andthe product did work for me...

Ill start by saying i am at times a USP labs skeptic. When i ordered re-create i had my mind set that i would be BRUTALLY honest in what its effects are for me, and a large part of me was skeptical that it would even work at alll. But i give credit where credit is due, and this product DID work for me, and worked well.

The weight did not FLY off on the SCALE. But i have had a much easier time holding onto strength and muscle. My waist went from 35.0"(at belly the belly button) down to 33.4, in the 1.5 months i have been using re-create. I have only lost about 4-5lbs SCALE weight in this time, so i consider that a significant amount of fat loss.

My strength continues to increase. I am making slow steady progress in the gym. Normally at this stage of a diet, i feel run down, and my weights are suffering. I feel like i am holding onto most of my muscle mass, and am losing mostly FAT as the scale drops. This is a big plus for me. It really helps me mentally stick to my diet. Allot of times when your strength is going down rapidly, it makes it hard for you to continue on with reduced cals.

Would i buy this again? Absolutely. I have already ordered another bottle.

So good job on this one. Hats off to you..

By my calculations you probably lost about 8 lbs of fat and only lost 5 lbs on the scale, so your actually up a few lbs lean mass. This is consistant with a lot of our results.
 
my advice from prsonal experience...

if you are sensitive to dopamine agonists, like bromocriptine etc like me then recreate will literally ruin your life.

i have nothing against USP labs and i love their product. got a ton of them in my drawer.

but this particular product did quite the number on me. within 2 days i started feeling the nasal dryness and constriction. and staying on it for 4 weeks was a very wrong decision on my part as i have now lived 6 weeks with zero mucos production in the nose.
which ofcourse leads to dehydration(mucous keeps the humity in the body while you breath out) symptoms and reduced respitory symptoms.

plus i didnt get any leaner.

so there ARE a certain number of people where this aint gonna work on and may even be counter productive.
the price you pay for leading edge supps i guess.
 
yes there will be non-responders to the best of supplements or in your case a negative sensitivity to some of it's ingredients.

too bad this left me over sensitive to stims and anxious and restricted breathing for 6 weeks now...

so anyone wants to buy a sealed bottle and another one missing 12 pills? :-)

I'm all for reviews, positive and negative. But what proof do you have that another company is behind it?

And by saying a bad review should be removed is censorship, IMO.

Personally, I don't read too much in to reviews any more. I would rather test it for myself. I will add, I'm in my second week of AP/P-Slin and I'm really getting great results.

Reviews/Logs tell me what to test, so I use them for a guidline. Fortunately I have gotten to know and rely on certain personalities on this board and I almost always get results.
 
OK, that's good for this board. But I'm referring to Nutra's review section. So unless you know exactly who the person is, it's not the same. I see there are several people with tha same name - so who's who?
I agree with you, though. There are people on this board that I hold more stock in to because I've taken the time to get to know their character as a person, outside of the net.

Finally got on the Inner Circle. For some reason, USPLabsDirect.com is blocked on my work firewall, lol. So I had to remember to do it last night (been trying to remember for like 3 months now lol).

Some of these reviewers have to be paid by competitors!! To say you took 1 dose and felt nothing, are you kidding me?? Take one Superdrol, I bet you feel nothing too. This is not a miracle pill, there is no such thing. However, Recreate lives up to the hype. I have tried multiple weight loss pills, and nothing compares. The appetite suppression has to be my favorite part, cravings were gone, I was eating healthier than ever. The increase in body temp also was great, this kicked in within a few days. Overall hands down best fat burner on market.

THIS WILL NOT HOWEVER WORK MIRACLES. IF YOU ARE TOO LAZY TO GET UP OFF THE COUCH, OR TOO STUBBORN TO PUT THE BIG MAC DOWN, PLEASE SPEND THE $ STUFFING YOUR FACE :)

I've been using Recreate for about a month now, and I have to say that it's honestly my favorite fat-burner of all time. None of the jitters like ECA, or the feeling of impending death like Venom Hyperdrive (the stuff is poison) or the crash at the end of the day like 99% of the fat-burners out there. Recreate also CRUSHES my appetite @ 2 caps in the AM. This is unbelievable to me as I have an insatiable appetite. Nothing I've used before helped hunger pangs like Recreate. Even ephedra/ephedrine didn't do what Recreate does in that aspect. And be ready for the HEAT! This is a thermo, no doubt about it. If your heater breaks in your car or home this winter, don't pay to fix it, just take some Recreate! Believe me, I put off enough heat with this product to warm an entire room. My only "negative" thought about Recreate is that I would like a little more of a stim effect. I understand that this product wasn't designed to do that, but it would help me get through the day a little easier when on a caloric deficit. I will admit that I am very resistant to stims, though, so Recreate may provide enough stimulant for the typical user. USP did it again!

Fcuk the haters. Why should they waste their time? They apparently feel threatened by USP Labs if they're actually concerned about spending their time making false statements about your products. I've actually tried your products and have a lot of faith in them. They've done me good.

"I already put a review on here BUT, I dont think its done recreate enough justice so...... I am now on my 3rd bottle of recreate. This honestly, no B.S. is the BEST fat burner out there! The longer your on this stuff the more you realize how good it works. The past week and a half I have been so busy at work that I havent had time to do my cardio, regardless, my skin feels like its getting tighter! Along with not having time to do cardio i have been getting less sleep. Once i pop 2 caps of Recreate, I get a boost of energy and am able to focus. I already talked about how it killed my icecream craving. My biggest amazement is that I have broken a plateau on my clean and press by adding 10 lbs (while on a calorie restricted diet)..... whoever gave this product a bad review is either a LIAR ....or they arent taking Recreate the right way!!!!! This stuff works and its the best I have ever tried, and I have tried almost everything out there!!!! My Sincere Thanks to USP Labs for helping me achieve my goals, in and out of the gym!!!!!!"

I ran a PH back in May and nito June. I had great results and then BAM, I came down with tonsilitis. I lost 6lbs of that fresh muscle i put on and had to loosen the belt 1 notch. I was not happy and not motivated anymore. Fast forward to a week ago, I decided I needed to elevate my game adn get comfortable in my pants again. I wanted to go ECA, i've done that 4 times and i LOVE it. Well that stuff is a bit hard for me to find so I decided to try soemthing new. It was either Recreate or a competitor, i went with the cheaper option. This product backs up its claims. I LOVE the warm feeling, i swear i feel a bit "high" and im generally more pleasant while i'm on this stuff. I'm completely motivated to eat healthy, i kicked my ice cream habit as well DAY ONE with this stuff. I'm sweating like a fat man in florida too when i work out. I have to avoid the stairs to my 3rd floor desk since i break a sweat going up 2 flights now. And most importantly, by day 3 I tightened that belt back down 1 loop. Maybe i was bloated or maybe this product did what it was claimed. Either way, this works wonders and I see myself taking this for a long time to come.
