cut out all fish oil and eat 1-2 tbsp PB a day along with almonds, avocado, and the rest are fats from chicken, beef, milk, etc.Any types of oils? What kind of fats are you using?

alright thanks, still no DOMS today, but hopefully ill get the effects without DOMS.Haha!!
Well, to be honest, today is the first day of my DOMS on my cycle (damn it feels good) and I am at day 26, so I would wait a little to see if it kicks in soon..
Seriously, I just started GVT and it is getting more sore. I dips 10x10 of dips and bicep curls... I'm afraid of the soreness when I wake up tomorrow. 10x10 of decline DB bench was rough!Train harderHaha jk.

Train differently. If he's doing the same workout he's been doing previously, then he won't be tapping into the increased AA levels he has going on.
