its probably more nolva than necessary, but you are potentially dosing the epi pretty high too if you do 60 or 70
 
wern't you the guy who did the h-drol log and had some questions/mess ups half way through and got flamed for not having your sh!t together at the beginning?

Seriously man, if it's going to be at all like your h-drol run, like mamamillia (sorry if i misspelled your name!) said: you will end up wasting another bit of money and time. Get your diet, and most importantly SCHEDULE (life schedule, work schedule, girl schedule, workout schedule, eating schedule, and supplement schedule) down to perfect harmony. If not, well, then this is going to get unsubscribed!
 
subbed, im looking at epistane in the future and would like to see how this thread pans out. being new, i also miss doing all of my homework because sometimes i just dont know what i dont know. learning the hard way sucks too, hopefully we all learn a bit from this thread :)

And I can lose about 4 by taking one sh!t. Doesn't mean those 10lbs were quality, just quantity. I read back,and your weight was all over the place. Take into account fat, water, lbm, etc. It ain't all LBM ;)

he was a lot leaner pre-cycle.

I think what he means is that on H-drol, it is a milder substance used for slower gains, and almost no fat gain (almost ALL LBM). It's used to help lean out and harden up muscles, increase vascularity, almost as a "pre-competition" steroid to look the best as possible. One should not use it to "Dirty bulk." That's for superdrol or pheraplex :p

I don't think doing 15 minutes of cardio will help with getting lean. Gotta get more dedicated than that....Diet, Diet, Diet and more cardio.

Like mentioned before, get everything in better order than last cycle. I was running H-Drol at the same time you were. Your comments/workouts, etc changed from day to day. Drop a few more pounds naturally, then start something up again.
 
For me after 50mg Epi no longer had the same leaning effect and actually began to feel more like a wet builder like phera. At 70mg I can only imagine the joint pain and aggression your going to be facing. Im not telling you not to do it but you should be ready for the increased sides at such a high dose. For the above mentioned prolactin issues I would have powerfull for PCT. It is early into my PCT so far but so far I am impressed. Lastly make sure to monitor blood pressure while on cycle, Epi wasnt bad on my blood pressure, but at that dose who knows. Just my .02
 
I've never done EPI, but have a bottle. When I read 70, my first thought was "this guy is going to FK himself"

Many have had awsome gains with 20-30mgs.

As others stated, diet..plan... And stay focused on your goal.

I'm currently.striping the fat to build a great fountation... Something that has taken years for me to understand. Remember, knowledge is Power!

First - why are your Epi doses so high? You don't need to dose more than 40 mg.

Try 20/30/30/40.

During your PCT - I recommend dosing POST Cycle Support (Natural Test Booster) 2 Caps in the AM and 2 in the Afternoon.

You don't need more than 5 g of Creatine, either. Way overkill! :P

I would utilize 6-OXO in Week 6 (second week of PCT) and then taper it down... 400/300/200

And I would run POST Cycle Support 2/2 EVERYDAY through week 9 and then run AX in Week 10+ (you can even stack it with Stoked - which has become ever increasingly popular to do)

Your SERM - I would recommend 40/40/20/20 for Epistane (Epitio/Epithio Steroidal Compound)

everyone is saying the sweet spot is 40.. so im goin to start at 30/40/40 and listen to my body

isnt that too much nolva 40/40 fro 2weeks..

I am tapering it down from 400 to 100mg

i am ONLY taking 5g per serving. thats over kill

?? why would i take PCS for more than 4weeks?
 
I mentioned using Powerfull for prolactin sides because of the 1-Carboxy-2 Amino-3 Pyrobenzol [3, 4 Diol] it contains. This helps lower prolactin as its a form of L-dopa. There is also a bulk powder from nutra that is more cost effective. Prolactin shouldnt really be that big of a concern anyway I havent seen anything to make me think that EPI would be creating prolactin issues. The only reason gyno would be a worry on EPI would be its anti estrogenic properties and the reboud effect that it might cause post cycle.
 
just do 20/30/40/40. Seems like you arent very patient in terms of this stuff and just want to jump into a higher dosage protocol. Bad decision IMO.

Also, with cardio, i have learned, i dont care if you are bulking, cutting, etc......your ass better be on that pavement for a good 40-45 minutes 3x a week minimum.....at a slow moderate pace.... That 15min crap aint stripping no fat bro....seriously

i agree.. im doing 45-60 mins of cardio..

and i dont think im goin to run that high.. im stay in 30-40mgs

Not sue you will need the Tren. I debated stacking Epistane and Tren, but figured Epi would be enough. Assuming your PCT ended in May you have passed the 10 - 12 week needed between cycle (not sure if PCT was 4 or 6 week).

As for cardio, I have dropped it for the most part while on cycle to hopefully maximize the muscle gains. Epi has helped out some reducing the body fat and I can tell I am leaning out even though I am up a 6lbs after 3 weeks. I will bring back the cardio full force during PCT and really focus on lowering my bf% at that point.

PS, is your AVI a "real doll"?
