Damn, that doesn't sound pleasant at all. I guess it's one that you use when you don't have a competition/fight coming up. I've considered using XF before but it had gotten mixed reviews from what I saw.

Emo, are you on cycle? It seems like a 1500 deficit is a recipe for a serious LBM loss otherwise. <30g of carbs per day is insane! I get hypoglycemic if I go 3 hours without carbs. I'm pretty laid back normally, but will flip out over trivial sh1t without carbs. I'd probably punch a 6 yo girl for stepping on my foot if I went 5 hours without carbs.


60 mg tbol + 25 mg t3 for protein synthesis = strength gains on 1500 calorie deficet. Protein at 2x bodyweight.

Definitely will not use it for fight prep anymore. I would want at least 4 weeks or so of extra time after I was done with my XF before my actual fight.

Hmmm, maybe I'll throw some XF in after my next strongman contest. I'm just worried that I may be sore for an entire week after my event training day.

I'm not exactly gaining strength at a rapid pace, but none the less, I'm gaining.


My bodyweight went from 235 - 245ish on a caloric defecit with 50 mg t3 (in first 4 weeks)... I'm not sure how that works unless it's water or LBM... can't be fat.

No it is a slight alteration to D-bol, so its not oral test that is another whole deal. Turinabol is the name and I would not consider it a strength drug, because it has very low androgenic activity, it is actually used by a lot of women.

I have said it numerous times for fighters or strength athletes the best drug is Halotestin.

I thought things like Winny and Anavar were popular since they don't cause much weight gain? Which ones improve cardio, EQ?

They are but they are also popular with women due to the lack of androgenic activity, and major strength gains comes from the androgens.

EQ is able to increase endurance by increased red blood cell production, however a majority of gear does this.

Cheque drops are nice, but you'd better have AI's onboard. Go run a Halo T. Prop stack its worth while, especially if you do strength comps.

Since we talking top of the heap all BS stops with Metribolone, nothing stronger on the planet. All other gear's binding potential to AR's are calc. based on this big dog.
 
Naw, I was just curious, but I'm keeping it natty. Alex, was just effing around about the gear use since he knows I don't use them. I've done fairly without any AAS. I also seem to have some issue with BP or something making me lightheaded after heavy lifts like deadlift or somthing like a truck pull which is probably a result of excessive stim use to some extent (maybe weight gain too). This would only get worse with AAS.
