Hypertrop-x & The Next Level

That sucks to cause man muscles look so much better on a tan body I wish I could get darker but it takes to many tanning visits,I hate setting for 20 minutes sweatn my ass off after working out for and hour sweatn my ass off lmao.

i tried a tanning bed, just got burnt, so i tan outside, ive been tanning consistently for the last 3 weeks, about 20 minutes a day, and i still have a farmers tan.

i see your liking this product so far. i just finished my log up on it, and i really enjoyed the strength gains. went up to 12 caps for my last 2 workouts. good stuff.

dang,u must have done 8 caps a day i still got 2 weeks i think...lol I don't mind so much I like to log....
 
i dont mind logging, it helps me push myself. i just have a very high tolerance to stims and things like yohimbine, so i go higher doses.

Well I'm very happy that i got the HYPERTROP-X on my side today.I could'nt workout Mon, my girl was off work and wanted sum (HER) time ....lol She thinks I love the gym more than her someitmes.I allmost canged my mind about combining the chest with leg ,but I know me I'll say do it sat. and it would'nt happen.I have to admit I was really struggling through first hour ,but things picked up great for my leg training which I was so happy for.....

I took my 6caps as usual about 45 min pre-workout today but for some reason thy had no effect today not even the tingle or energy.I really struggled entire workout my energy and motivation was low I dunno what was going on.I still got my work-out done though:

Todays work-out can be sumed up as so night and day compared to yesturday.I was full of energy today I even was in gym alot longer than I normally am because i had so much stamina.This is the only true problem i've seen with the HYPERTROP-X it's not consistant.Every day seems different in a way sum are close but othrs are like I said night and day.

OVERVIEW: Well this week had alot of up and downs,somedays would be great and other did'nt feel so hot.Like I've mentioned before I think diet plays a huge role in the effectivness of HYPERTROP-X. Other than that the product steal shows great results I know I would'nt want to try and work-out without it that for sure.I also wanna clear up my time line as of Friday which was work out #29 I've actually taken product closer to 41 days I hav'nt logged weekends so those have not been accounted for,but for the last week or so I will run logs 7 days per week because I feel that this product has other uses other than just energy for work-out.I love taking during weekend because I still have energy to spend time with family even though Ive killed my-self through the week working out.
 
I agree with your review. David C did a good job with this supp, it has more uses than the gym only. It has worked great for me during vacation and times when i just am dragging.

I'll be using it too that way I will be going on vacation,well actually a cruise for 7 days in Sept.I hope to get some more before then.

Question for you,have you experienced the ups and down with it like I described or is it just me?...lol

I've had some ups and downs with it. But it really depended too on how I timed it before my training. 30min seems to be the best time for me to feel it before training.

Are you serious...lol 45lb Is'nt that hard the way I do it.I perform them seated using inside of thigh for placement of back of bicep,I start at bottom position not locked out and only bring par. to knee then return slowly .Sometme I use a high incline bench with helP from other arm whe needed,but weight here is closer to 30lb DB.Whats your max on that...
 
i guess i could see that. but i didn't think about something on my end. by the time i get to concentration curls if i ever do them, my arms are already "blasted." i can't even handle but 30 lbs. at that time, maybe just 25.

I felt good today everything went as planed actually added a few drop sets of shrugs cause im starting to train them two times per week to see what happens.As for my leg routine it was good started out slow but quikly got up to speed.Felt good with squats today used smith mach. for all squating to allow my self to get to lowest point without trouble.

i just finished my log and now started my CL one. i enjoyed hypertrop-x. nothing amazing, but if you expected what LD told us to it did the job good! have fun man
 
DAY 32 (BACK)

I missed my shoulder day because of B-day,but my original plan was to do them with my back routine but it did'nt go that way..lol I took 8caps of the Hypertrop-X thinkn i was gonna have this long drawn out routine.After starting my back routine I quikly decided against doing shoulders,It's not that I did'nt have energy but just really did'nt feel like it..lol.The HYPERTROP-X did its job I felt good and was moving rapidly from set to set.I did notice alot of hard breathing today allmost felt like I was out of shape.I honestly just think it was he quikness I was hittn each set with nearly no rest time.2marro the gym is closed cause of the 4TH of July so I will hopefully get arms knocked ou sat-sun.

Well this day did'nt happen cause the gym was closed friday for 4th of july and i never made it to gym like i told my self..lol I still took my daily 4 caps fri,sat,sun to keep up a even level.Will be hittn the gm hard ths week,i think there is only a weeks worth left and i will take full advatage of them..
 
WEEK 7 REVIEW

Well this review is gonna be kinda incomplete sence I missed 2days of gym time this week.

ENDURANCE: Seemed well this week,I had the energy when needed and that makes all the difference.Actually even though was only in gym 3 days I still feel like i got alot done sence i had extra energy.

RECOVERY: Well in this aspect of the Hypertrop-x's duty I went from set to set this week with lil or no rest actually kept faster pace than prevous weeks.

Motivation:
was very high this week.Had no problems with getting the job done.

OVERVIEW: As I mentioned earlyer this week was one of the strongest weeks for me.I had o coplication with consistancy energy and motivaton was there when called upon.And as allways kept me going strong even after i left gym.
 
Today will be the last day of log,its been a great 7 weeks thanks to the Hypertrop-x.I actually have enough for 2 more work outs but I would like to finish at the end of a week.I will post before and after pics and a final over-all review

FINAL THOUGHT: Well I actually hate to see this log come to an end with all the progress I've made while using this product.I will post my before and after pics at bottom.I would recommend this product,only stipulation would be for each individual to find there correct dosage.I actually think the doing is a lil lite.Four caps might work for average person, but it took me six before I noticed a real difference.The only other poblem I complained of the entire log was hypertrop's inconsistancy it never seemed the same some days was great and others I did'nt really feel much.Even then the results speak for them selves.It took my training up a notch gave me an edge that was really needed. This product is'nt gonna give u that (I wanna chew on weights) feeling but it will deliver enough to get you through any work-out.I even noticed alot of extra energy during evenings when I needed a little push to get me through till bed time.And for the price,its not a bad buy.I've actually payed alot more to get alot less.So in conclusion I liked the product and would reccomend to who ever might be reading this log.

Well thing is I started log with 4caps then went to 6-8 depending on workout,but for last 3-4 week i stayed on 6caps per day. And for your other question I was'nt sure at begining if i should take on non-workout day,but after talking with people who knew a lil more about it than me I found out by taking it continuos my blood levels would be more stable so for last 4 weeks i took caps 7 days per week. Great product would use again. You have to find your correct dosage for it to be really effective and mine happen to be 6. Thanks
