sorry for your lost, I hope you're doing better. what im going thru its nothing compared to the lost of a love one. when i hear friends having other problems as well sometimes i feel selfish cause i still have health and i might be homeless now but i have good friends that have lend me a hand on this time of need. but there are people with problems that cant be fixed that easy.

Well loss is loss and it is no less significant to you, but you are strong and can do it. It really is true the saying what does'nt kill you will make you stronger. I wish there was a way to take your pain away, but all we can do is stand behind you. You have to do the rest!

Nice Trauma, how tall are you btw? That's SOLID, holmes. I'm going back to HIT full body training Monday ;) I never realized how close my HIT training was to DC training... Let's do dis.

today im going to party in scotsdale. No alcohol for me , but im goign to have a good time;)
I'm not your dad homie, but late nighters would kill me homie. None of the parties I've been to have anyone that's serious about healthy living. All the big, muscular dudes I've seen at parties and bars are usually just saucing enough testosterone to keep them from getting fat, ya know?

I had to drop all my habits to stay on track. I'm just saying, be careful ya know? It could turn into having 1 or 2 drinks while on the juice... which could turn into just a weekend thing... But that's not always the case. I wouldn't say something if I didn't care.

point taken.im just going to take some AP or ALA cause all the cranberry juice im going to be drinking and 1 of my buddies that lives over there doesnt drink and his brother and other guys dont peer preasure him to drink so i dont think ill fall of the wagon. I might take an Aspire just if needed .
 
i dont think that 40 mg of havoc for 4-5 days could affect me sexually but im taking aspire just to be sure lol

the protein bar idea sound like a good idea, i might pic some at GNC lol its the only place that sells them in singles.

Them and the V-Shoppe. I bought 3 today because I plan on spending the night at this girl's place and I don't know what's poppin in her fridge. Breakfast may have to be a bar or Ezekiel bread (bringing that too) and raw egg whites on the go.

ok something log worthy well i almost **** my pants yesterday when i did 250 on bench press. im really weak still but im starting to notice that im starting to get my strenght back fast.

Working on keeping the Z motivated. Zombie, I would say that almost pooping your pants IS log worthy, but that might be a little too punny... :hammer:
 
i made it thru the night lol . and lest say i didnt sleep alone ;). Im still in Mesa or Tempe dont know were lol. Tonight we are hitting Mills Ave. and some strip clubs

1. I want to get back in shape so I bought Havoc
2. I couldn't hold off to start the cycle
3. I'm going to a party tonite
4. I benched a lot of weight

Put up what your meals are kinda like, training schedule, other supps or staple supps, cardio, etc.

well todays breakfast.

3 whole eggs and 3 egg whites
2 slices of toasted whole wheat bread
around 100gr of ham
40 oz of 2% milk


i dont usually train on weekends but right now im at my friends appt complex and im alone, the internet didnt worked earlier so i went to the gym here on the appt.

since the DB just go all the way to 50 well i just did back on the pulley machines dont recall all the weight but i didnt bring my gloves and i can hardly train with out them so i stopped doing that and then just did pull ups with diferent grips(open. close, wide)5 sets of 8. and walked on the threadmill for 15 min and got back.

post workout i drank 2 muscle milk light i got yesterday when i got the zero impact bars and a bagel.

since im alone right now i put some chicken on the oven, like 6 pounds, i think its going to last me sometime or at least till tomorrow night lol.

later today im going to buy more zero impact bars either at hi health or VS.


Also i might go out for a swim later today, when the sun gets down.

Calluses are good for you bro, they build character. I hate them just as much as the next guy but I lift raw and file them down if they get out of hand...geeze what's with me and these freakin' puns?

Either way, good to see that you're able to eat clean at someone elses house. That's always a fear of mine. VS should have a BUNCH of Atkins bars on clearance for 25% off. Atkins is redoing their formulas and we pulled all their product to make room.

I'm not a fan of the Atkins Diet, but high fiber and adequate protein for 25% off is gravy.

No offense to anyone, and I really like you Zombie and of course I support you man, but unless you're in a cave somewhere doing some ball-busting workouts and don't have internet access to post an update, I think this steroid cycle was a bad idea. I thought so from the start and I thought so when the urge to cycle out-did the will-power to wait a little longer.
