This will be my first cycle. I thought i would go with something a bit more mild but relatively safe. I just want to know if i should run 1 bottle or 2 bottles. I just want the most for my money. I will be dosing 4 a day followed by aPCT.

No offense, but at 5'7" and just over 150 you probably don't have enough training experience to get any bang for your buck with anything hormonal.

what are your stats (BF%, age, etc), training experience, etc?

what's your body fat % and age?

the above questions don't really matter at this point...at this stage of the game you probably won't benefit from taking anything hormonal.

what are your goals?

I am unsure of my bodyfat, but my guess would be around 14%. My goal is to put on some weight, while reducing my body fat. I am 22 in a few days

you probably haven't pushed towards your genetic potential yet. unless you've pushed that far then steroids won't help you do anything that you couldn't do on your own with hard work.

there are pleanty of tools out there! Check out some of the NHA's (Non Hormonal Anabolic) that are out there...RPM/Drive, Powerfull, etc...

steroids are last resort and you should exhaust your alternatives first.

plus, 3-AD is a waste of money if you run it standalone!

and chase it with shots of tequila!

I say go for it... from what i've gathered 3ad is quite mild and i don't get the whole genetic potential ... in reality anything you gain after genetic potential are not maintainable gains anyway unless you wanna continue to cycle for ever... Its my belief that it's your own choice and as long as you have a good grasp of diet, training and how ones body generally reacts to extra hormones then you will be fine!

Thanks guys for the reply. I feel im at a point where my body wont let me grow anymore. Ive tried mixing things up in the gym but seems like im just maintaining my physique. I have tried Activate Xtreme in the past it help me put on a couple pounds.

Thats the biggest bunch of crap ive ever heard man. What you need to do is learn about dieting and then consider taking hormones. 5'7 153lbs @ 14% bodyfat is not your genetic limit. You realize if you cut down to around 7-8% bodyfat you'd be like 130lbs right?

Before i started to work out i weighed at 125lb. Ive been at 155lb since forever and i can never surpass 160lb. I eat 5-6 meals a day consisting of lots of chicken, beef, fish, and veggies. I drink 2 protein shakes a day taking in more grams of protein per body weight. I make sure i get at least 6 hours a night of sleep, working out 5 times a week.

How many calories?

It seems like your diet or training is off, and probably both. I would recommend gaining 10lbs or more before starting any hormonal cycle. This is going to be much more beneficial to you overall, because if you cannot gain without hormones, you cannot gain(or at least keep the gains) with them. Good luck:afro:

Thanks i think my training is on spot since i am gaining strength. As for my diet, i try to eat cleanly as possible but i dont really keep track of what and how much i consume. I just try to eat as cleany as possible and eat every 2.5 hours. I will wait it out a bit and try it in a few months. I think my genetics just suck because im one of the biggest in my family (asian).

bro, you NEED 8 hours of sleep while training!

if you're not getting 8 hours then you're gonna have a hard time gaining!

Well, this isn't necessarily true. For example, Ronnie Coleman sleeps 5-6 hours a night(I know, it's Ronnie Coleman, but still just an example). However, getting more rest will usually help.

i hardly ever get more than 4 hours...

gotta agree with ezza on his last post....good post. I think im right at my genetic stopper so to speak and yes anythin you gain on cycle is very very hard to keep at that point unless you stay on.

I was looking at 3 AD, but I am waiting until I hit 160 pounds before I jump on the PH bandwagon. I am shooting to have the missing 15-18 pounds in 8 months. I put on about 7 pounds naturally in 1 month, with only using supps the last 2 weeks of that month. and I used drive/RPM/Igf-2/osteobolin-C/kre-alkyline/ and of course the multi and protien shakes and eating like some kinda black hole.

Train like a madman, for if the wieghts think you are insane, then your gains will be insane. you gotta get:aargh:
