So i havent messed with anything but GABA in awhile. I have a bunch of Piracetam sitting in my room from last year, hope its still good. Along with some Cholin Citrate. I bought the CC cause it is supposed to combat possible headaches with Piracetam.

and maybe l-Tyrosine....

I will prolly split my caps into PEA/Sulb/Tyrosine and Piracetam/Choline/Tyrosine
The first being for relaxing(weekend)along with l-Theanine and the second being for school time(weekdays)along with Ginko.
GABA will only be at night with Melatonin.

Does anyone think this is a good combo?

Also, I maybe be visiting a freind at college soon, i dont drink much so im looking for a good combo for that night, and a safe one to take with a couple drinks.

Looks good. Maybe L-DOPA instead of tyrosine.
 
yea, trying to limit things cause i am capping myself and dont wanna take 8 pills 3 times aday, not to mention the addition of Bcomplex, Vit C, Multi, Omegas, Enzymes...daily.
 
What does the PEA dosing look like?

500-2,000 is what most people use. Be sure to use straight PEA powder or caps.

”2nd day on this stuff. I took it right before I left for work(1g), and it hit me as I was a couple miles from work. Had me feeling almost buzzed a little bit, highly euphoric, and my sense of everything was heightened. Kinda crazy. “Well switched to 2 500 mgs pills twice a day the last 3 days and have noticed some good results but a little side effect as well. I have taken then on an empty stomach and noticed that about 30 minutes after I took them, I got really focused, but a little numb. Almost like I was floating. I am only getting this feeling on my first dose of the day. It is not a bad feeling just a little odd. It goes away after about 15 minutes and then I can notice I am really focused and am on top of things. Noticed a big difference when I was flying this weekend too. It definetly made the airports easier to handle.”

I like Tyrosine, but don't supplement with it, anymore than it's in the products I use (GM+PW+WF) Gives me good focus to keep up at work with customers

L-Dopa has alot of pluses but i think id like that better as just a nighttime pre-sleep supp...rather than before school or weekend use.

The idea is to increase memory and CLEAN focus energy(not stim based)

Then the weekend is to keep the mood up at work, during studies, going out...etc.

I don't think Dopamine levels should be super high at night. Right before workouts is how it's usually been studied.
 
Or all 3. Wouldn't that be interested. Perhaps phenylethylamine as needed.
Some people say to "take one or the other" because the target hormone is the same, but it is much more complicated than that. I find that 750mg of DLPA and 500-1000mg of tyrosine on an empty stomach does great things. Better than either of the two alone.
 
why is that? From what i was reading some/most seem to think hordenine is useless?

All I can offer is anecdotal eveidence. I've taken PEA alone (usually around 200-300 mgs/dose) and I've taken the same dose with 50mgs of hordinine. The effects were definitely more acute and lasted longer when I added the hordinine. Just my experience.

Yes I prefer the 2nd gen but its still a good buy since its cheap.

I love Piracetam.... great stuff.
 
what did you notcie with the piracetam? how much did you dose and how often...if you can recall.

I swear by the stuff personally, and I take it virtually everyday. 3.5 grams in the moring and 3.5 grams 8 hours later. I also take the first dose with about 600 mgs of choline citrate...but I will admit that Alpha GPC is a better choline source.

Did you work up to 3.5g? I thought you were supposed to start at about.5-1g due to headaches.
Also, Alpha GPC = GHRH?(growth hormone releasing hormone) Lechtin-soy based product?

I did work up to it, but rather quickly. The only time I ever get headaches is if I go without choline for a couple of days. I've dosed higher than this too, but this seems to be the sweet spot.

I've only taken Alpha GPC for the purposes of a good choline source, but, damn, I never knew it had to potential stimulate the release of hGH...better get some more. haha. And yes, made from lecithin
