Who's used White FLOOD?

I liked white flood for the focus. Personally 1 scoop was a great focus enhancer. I did not necessarily benefit from pumps off of it(even at two scoops) and i did not really like the taste(but i don't really like lemonade flavors anyway) It is solid and very nicely priced, but i use it more as a focus boost for everyday stuff on occasion and feel other supps are better for pre-workout boost.


PS-I love GG and it is mad cheap and very effective! I love drinking a ton of water with it and it helps with some very extreme pumps.

Great feedback! Thank you. That's interesting you use it for focus. I'll have to try taking it @ work sometime. The focus you get from WF is great for the gym, especially when I lift alone (easily distractable)


GG is very underrated...
 
yeah man im very excited. hopefully it arrives soon. it sucks though because im going out of town july 9-22 so my log is going to be very sketchy. Im going to have to do bodyweight routines i think for alittle while.
