Ok, Ok, I missed a day and you guys are already busting my balls. I write all of my lifts down in a journal, so I'll get it up here at one time or another.
I haven't been sleeping for sh*t lately, mainly because my puppy is as bad as a newborn when it comes to crying all night. I had to put him in a different room last night just to get to sleep. The little sh*t machine is asleep right now... lol... when I need to be up.
Anyway, other than my lack of sleep I have been feeling great. I think this lack of good sleep is taking its toll on my physique though, I just don't feel energized at all this morning... gonna submit to my caffeine cravings and dose myself before my workout. hehehe.
Anyway, here was my workout for Tuesday. I got me some legs.
Quad Extentions - 45x15, 45x15
Squats - 135x15, 185x15, 205x15, 225x10
RDL - 225x15, 315x4, 315x7 my PR!, 365x1. the 365 was easy. I am going for some more weight next time!
Leg Press superset with lunges - 225x15x3sets superset with me holding a plate and 20 lunges x 3 sets
Calves - 100lbs x20x 3 sets superset with 10x3 sets of bodyweight standing calves
Yesterday I did Abs and SSCV cardio.
20x 3 sets of hanging leg raises
50lbs x50x3 sets of cable exercise ball crunches
45 minutes on the elyptical
So I am off to go get my back and biceps. I am going to be chaning my back workout to more cables/isolation for this month of the cut. I am also going to be doing more dumbbell work with my biceps this month.
Once my life gets back to normal so should my posting schedual.
Time to hit the gym! :twisted:
