havoc while cutting?

ok, i have trouble keeping size while cutting. but the problem is, is that i cut for like 12 weeks. is there something that can help me keep my size for the 12 weeks? something legal?

i was thinking about pulsing havoc but 12 weeks seems like too much to pulse with. pulsing just to not do damage to my liver but i'll still be doing a proper PCT.

what's the maximum amount of time i can pulse havoc for?

if this is a bad idea, is there something i can take for the majority of my cut to hold on to my size?
 
12 weeks would be far too long....how soon into your cut do you notice the most muscle loss? Personally, if cutting I would run the havoc right at the end, in order to restore muscle/strength.

You could also take advantage of the recomping properties, and up calories slightly during the cycle.

Yes, somewhat...or preserve as much lean tissue as you can.

Can be...usually it means shifting balance of overall tissue composition towards more muscle - either by stabilizing fat levels and gaining muscle, or by stabilizing muscle levels while losing fat. If you dial it in JUST right, you should be able to add muscle while losing fat, but neither will be ideal - which is why it is a long term strategy.

would i be able to run havoc for at least 6 weeks without doing damage to my liver or experiencing harsh side effects you think?
