No it isn't. Not even most of the salad bar (well, you could make an good egg/chicken/turkey breast salad, but there is plenty on that bar that will ruin any chance at a healthy meal). But... unless you are on the run, you are always better off putting together your own salad. Just boil some chicken and shred it up, boil some eggs, cut up some tomatoes, throw in some almonds and even mandarin oranges (after rinsing off all that nasty syrup), find a low fat sugar-free dressing (fat free balsamic vinegarette is always a safe bet) and throw it all on a bed of the greenest greens you can find from the store... and there ya go.
Among the sandwiches, the lowest calorie choice is just under 1,000 calories and 30g of saturated fats (60 total)!!! You just blew 1/2 - 1/3 of your entire day's calorie intake for 50 grams of protein (if they are generous with the chicken). Check it out for yourself, linked is the Invalid Link Removed.
There is a Philly Wrap that puts you a little better off... but even then, I still would not call it "healthy" to my standards. If you want to eat well enough to meet your goals, you are gonna have to stop eating out. And even then, you are wasting your time if you aren't doing some form of resistance training. Like it was mentioned above, even if you can't make it to the gym, you can still do bodyweight exercises.
Seriously, forget the Recreate until you get your diet in check and are exercising properly and intensely. Without that, Recreate is a TOTAL WASTE of money! But... if you wish, go ahead and patronize Nutraplanet and USP Labs, and good luck. You'll need it if you allow yourself to continue like this.
