I love to cycle! ...last half of cycle mini log.

i agree 100% on henry and jackson bro. not so much with wolf. i mean, he is for sure most likely a future mr. olympia, but i'm sick of these mass monsters who weigh over 300lbs. not sure exactly how much he weighs, but the trend seems to be get as huge as you can, even at the expense of proper technique. take ruhl for example, ever watch him lift? :lol: he's a fvckin ANIMAL, but you gotta draw the line somewhere man. if you've noticed, kai green is also going for the mass monster look, getting bigger and bigger. soon him and many others will have the "turtle shell" abdomen like coleman has, because of the HGH use. just my .02 guys, i'd much rather see physiques like arnold's. perfection. that's what bb is all about.

I think the big bad Wolf is the best up on stage right now. He's not grotesquely huge like Markus or even Ronnie for that matter. He has a very pleasant shape and symmetry. Nothing is out of proportion either. Markus had the insanely gigantic delts. And Ronnie's back was unbelievable. But Wolf is much more balanced. I will say he's not much fun to watch workout. I watched a lot of his training on youtube, and although he goes real heavy, his workouts are kinda boring to watch. I growl and grunt and spit and curse, so I guess someone JUST lifting weights would seem almost boring.:lol: By the way Piston, I just watched the new Hulk movie.:aargh: You gotta go see it, if you're not right now!! wolf is like a bigger framed dexter imo. Just watched the Blade, the DJ dvd from 2004....the guy has an amazing physique too bad he's not sitting on a bigger frame. Anyway im using these bbing vids as an octane booster in training.

BTW....Next bulking cycle is going to be insane, im gonna be breaking barriers and skulls!!!!

I'll be taking the 6 caps of TST, 10 mg. of Epi., 10 mg. of Phera, and finally 3 mg. of TRN 1 hour before my workouts. OK then! its settled! :clap2: Those are all good supports for possible prolactin control. I personally decided those are all good but i keep a bottle of cabergoline on hand for emergency and in fact im gonna take a dose right now for pornstar refractory research! :hammer: I still have some megaTRN made by Generic Labz i thought id never use again but its a rare find now days so i may give it a shot with some cabergoline to make sure. Im very prone to gyno so i have to pull out all the stops when i cycle.

UPDATE: balls are making good progress. libido is a bit down but not ability. this may be due to the rise in free test from the DTH which Chuck said may cause a hit on libido as it lowers LH a bit. No real sides to report from the clen. Strength has gone down slightly but that usually happens to me post cycle as my androgen level is lower. I do keep the size from most cycles..i just miss the all day muscle fullness that i had. Im leaning out again so as planned its going good in PCT. I had planned that whatever water weight i gained be dropped, and just look leaner than i was on cycle as ill be hitting the beach at least 2x a week now. Gonna be livin that roots life, that ha-y-n style life, straight soljah...listenin to some reggae enjoyin the beautiful aina.....soaking the essence of hawaii nei all in....arent you jealous? LOL.

well the mary is unbelievable here but my job gives randoms and dont want to risk it by blazin up regularly. Occasionally when im out partyin or a lil drunk ill take a few hits but its not like the old days......You got the idea tho!!! Ok, last week, for 3 or 4 days I'd been under a crap-ton of stress, and could hardly eat for those 3 or 4 days. Now, I've lost maybe 5lbs, and about .25" off my bi's.. What do you guys think? Have I really lost an appreciable amount of muscle, or am I just deflated and depleted?

Well, the loss cannot possibly be all bodyfat, of course. But yeah, glycogen depletion would leave you weighing less. I say up the good carbs over the next few days to load your muscle stores back up! Just an opinion bro. As for the stress, you could take 4 grams of Vitamin C per day along with 100 mg. of DHEA. That would really help with your cortisol levels. THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:
 
Just up teh carbs and you'l be feeling full in no time. And i highly recommend Relora and Ashwaganda for stress refile,cort control and a general sense of well being.

ate alot of barbeque and drank alot of beer yesterday (2 different places)....my stomach was maxed out yesterday for the first time in awhile ive seen it get that big. But here is the good news....I wake up and have a sixpack lol!!!! AUUUUURIIIIGHHHHHT:head: DOMS is more apparent and usually that is a norm after a night of drinking alot. But i feel strong big and ripped, the way it should be. Today im gonna get some things done then im off to kill back and bis. Tonight im hoping for the HULK movie!

First congratulations:clap2:, and SCREW YOU:FUfinger: for that wonderful sounding party!! ha ha I haven't had barbeque OR beer for 11 freakin' months now. Like Ozzy Osbourne said, "Sobriety sucks man"!! But it's the ONLY way for me from now on. DOMS have increased for me as well. I find that they increase during every PCT though. I know the anabolics help with this somehow. I'm sure that I recover much quicker between workouts while on-cycle! And since you're big, strong, and ripped, how about a picture finally? What AI's are you taking to keep estrogen in check? You need some kind of AI now. Even the hated ATD goes a long way with a small dose. ATD at only 25 mg. EOD does wonders. It's almost as strong as A-dex just MUCH cheaper!! THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:
 
im not taking any AI unless you count the one cap of restore that i take in the morning....or the i3c 400mg i take ed, i dont know if it would qualify as an AI tho. I plan on using the Hyperdrolx2 sometime but i was thinking of doing that in week 4.

Diet is totally out of wack now...been eating way too much and alot of carbs too.

About the pic, like i said before i dont have a cam so not that easy. everytime i try to borrow one from a friend they end up flaking or forgetting. i even told um that i need it cuz i wanna take some body shots but still no luck getting a digi cam in my possession.

Oh, and BTW, im not big really i mean i guess to the average population but bbing wise i think im not BIG.

well what makes his dvd so right? was he trained by DC himself cuz they claim anything you read is not real DC unless you are trained by DC which i think is bullsh1t. You havent read up on it and tried it out yet Bass?


Did bis and tris today. I dont usually have a separate day like this for them but decided they were well rested and i wanted a somewhat short workout. Walked in with my sleeveless tshirt feeling small and skinny but by the time i was done with cable tri pushdowns supersetted with cable bb curls I was comparing myself to other guys and realized with a pump im pretty fvckn big looking....if i was about 5'9 id be a swole ass muthafunka! I did a bunch of differnt excersizes and techniques today then after givin myself a huge bicep pump i went to the bathroom stall with my preloaded igf1/ghrp6/bw syringe and pinned each bi. Got back out and did some cg bench presses and then finished with a heavy ass pushdown set.

The vasocharge says to take it 30min pre but i took it immediately preworkout and had some great pumps. Ill probably just drink it on the drive over there now and finish in the parking lot.

I just keep thinking about my next cycle and how im gonna turn some heads here at AM! im gonna do it BIG trust me this one is going to be on the vurge of dangerous controlled stupidity hahaha stupid crazy mad wild in da cycle books! hahaha. Wont be for a while tho.

yea, he was trained by Dante. he is an up and coming IFBB pro and wanted to get bigger and stronger and try something new. so Dante i guess agreed to show him the DC method. also, there's no way he could legally put out the DVD without Dante's approval. it's legit bro. but nah, i have never tried training DC style yet. i don't have enough info on exactly how it's done. like the extreme stretches, which exercises are best to use, exactly how the rest pauses are done, etc. Mr. i don't respond to my PM's cuz i'm too big for your little 190lb ass!!! :aargh: :lol:

Im getting ready to go to an interview for a job im really excited about and want badly.....Im confident that if i want it bad enough and God has it in his plan that i will get in. ITs a great oppurtunity, they send you to school 4 hours everyday and you OJT the other 4 and get paid for the full 8! So in the end you get a degree for free not to mention getting paid while getting it and nice raise every 6 months. Great benefiets and pay....i cant find much better here.

Did bis and tris today. I dont usually have a separate day like this for them but decided they were well rested and i wanted a somewhat short workout. Walked in with my sleeveless tshirt feeling small and skinny but by the time i was done with cable tri pushdowns supersetted with cable bb curls I was comparing myself to other guys and realized with a pump im pretty fvckn big looking....if i was about 5'9 id be a swole ass muthafunka! I did a bunch of differnt excersizes and techniques today then after givin myself a huge bicep pump i went to the bathroom stall with my preloaded igf1/ghrp6/bw syringe and pinned each bi. Got back out and did some cg bench presses and then finished with a heavy ass pushdown set.

The vasocharge says to take it 30min pre but i took it immediately preworkout and had some great pumps. Ill probably just drink it on the drive over there now and finish in the parking lot.

I just keep thinking about my next cycle and how im gonna turn some heads here at AM! im gonna do it BIG trust me this one is going to be on the vurge of dangerous controlled stupidity hahaha stupid crazy mad wild in da cycle books! hahaha. Wont be for a while tho.
I like the injections in the bathroom CLASSIC!!!!!!. this upcoming cycle sounds pretty intense. How long you think its going to be?
 
yea, he was trained by Dante. he is an up and coming IFBB pro and wanted to get bigger and stronger and try something new. so Dante i guess agreed to show him the DC method. also, there's no way he could legally put out the DVD without Dante's approval. it's legit bro. but nah, i have never tried training DC style yet. i don't have enough info on exactly how it's done. like the extreme stretches, which exercises are best to use, exactly how the rest pauses are done, etc. Mr. i don't respond to my PM's cuz i'm too big for your little 190lb ass!!! :aargh: :lol:

About the injections in the bathroom stall.....first of all its not a hardcore gym its 24hr fitness.....second, you can kinda see thru that crack in the door so it adds to the suspense lol....third, i think ive done that 3 or 4 times now hahaha. :twisted:

just back from the interview.....i was kinda nervous but i think my answers were good and i asked a few good questions. I hope they can see through whatever they saw wrong and see the genius that was in front of them.:afro: This interview was for my 2nd choice trade, next week i have one for my first choice so ill dress sharper next time and ill try to carry myself a lil better.

decided to pin a lil pegmgf 200mcg with 200mcg ghrp6 in my triceps. Im probably gonna pick up the pace with the pegmgf and shoot eod. PCT is going good imo. Libido is pretty none existant but i can still perform....that combo isnt that good tho. Drive is everything imo. Cant wait til im a full on horny fvck again! Thats what i like about being natty :D. Ive been doing 60mcg clen ed but i think im gonna try 100mcg now cuz i dont seem to be getting any sides from 60mcg. 90mg torem, 20mg nolva. The other supps havent changed. Im thinking of getting some niacin and starting that. Think ill make a trip to vitamin shoppe today and check it out......niacin, liver detox, fishoils, anything else i should look into?

green tea extract and acetyl-L-carnitine. they'll both help in the fat loss department and the green tea is a nice antioxidant. :) toss 2g of the ALCAR in your pre-wo shakes and in your shake before bed. it frees up fatty acids to be used for energy and it also helps with brain clarity/mental function.

thanks for that. im not to up to date on the CAR's plcar alcar and all that. Sounds good tho. THe green tea ill probably pass as i drink real green tea about eod or so.
