DCP is aimed at liberating fatty acids(from adipocytes or fat cells) for subsequent usage as oxidized energy. It will also help to utilize fatty acids that are already present in the blood stream.

DCP should not have any issues negatively affecting 3-AD's absorbtion.

I am also currently using DCP and 3-AD. I have noticed no decrease in effects of the 3-AD.
