Maybe it's just the way I react to milk and such... I told my buddy to stop the skim milk in his shakes and he looked leaner just after a couple days.
I love oatmeal and wheat and all that other good stuff, but I'd get tired to the point that I'd want nothing more than to lay down and pass out afterwards. I'd beat myself up over it and think there was something wrong with me! LOL.
I love rice [brown and long grain white for slower burning carbs and sticky sushi rice for a fast absorbing carb source (usually pre P-Slin source)], I love rice cakes, bananas, gluten free hot cereal, and all Ezekiel products (gluten is destroyed during the sprouting process).
