i didnt update yesterdays workout etc.
well did my usual, vasocharge crea mono and xtend....50mg winstrol
hit chest and tris. awesome pump, nothing super about strength. post wo had a big shake and 50mcg igf1 split into pecs. little later 200mcg ghrp6 with 300iu hcg.
went to work. got home pinned 200mcg ghrp6 and decided i was going to test this test prop that i have. shot 100mg test prop into right delt. This will be my only shot for it. I have about 9 days left. I started 4 tabs of DTHC too so i can have it going in my system by the time pct starts.

Still dosing 20mg nolva. Gonna keep dosing igf1 at 50mcg split postwo, ghrp6 200mcg 2x a day, hcg will be upped to 500iu eod, pegmgf upped to 500mcg 2x a week(b4 chest and shoulder days), winny 50mg, zol 100mg, cissus50% 2 caps, 1 gut health, 3 multis, 1.5vitc, 1mg letro as needed, vasocharge ed, xtend ed, adrenaline as needed, may start to experiment with r4w

This Saturday happens to be the last day of my Blitz-Krieg. We'll be PCT pals! lol We can do this Brah. We'll be eating SERMs, taking AI's, gulping down natty test boosters, chugging creatine,...etc...etc. It's lots of fun in PCT world too Piston. And I mean this! I like my DHEA, Fenugreek, and Icariin, and so on. Good sh*t! Formestane!! YUMM!! Tiny doses of ATD at night with efa's! Clomid for me plus some PCS (homemade of course) as a natty SERM. Are you still contemplating a simple Test-E/D-bol cycle with myself, Bassgod, hman, TerribleTowel, and the others in August? I've decided to forget about Primobolan after further study. It's not very strong, but it is very expensive! I'll do Test-E at 500 mg. per week for 12 weeks plus the 4 week kickstart of d-bol at 30 mg. per day. I can get my Test-E really cheap! I've already got 500 tabs of 5 mg. D-Bols!! THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

bro i know, i mean its mad fvckn tempting but i still have some sense man and i think i have more years of good natty test (hopefully) and i dont want to do that quite yet as i might damage myself permenantly. I dont think its worth it at this point, im not competing and probably never will with my tall frame id have to be absolutely huge to compete with anyone and that would be at 200lbs plus. I dont think staying on for purely my personal satisfaction and cosmetic whatevers is worth health problems in the future. Believe me man it has crossed my mind more than once! Are you going to cruise and blast year round?

not sure. i have the exact same feelings toward the sport and use as you do right now. i'm still young. if i do go that route it will most likely be 5-10 years down the road. i will most likely stick to 20 weekers til then. i've just read so many times from vets that they have more problems, both physically and mentally, from coming off rather than just cruising at safe doses, at blasting at equally responsible doses.

yesterday sick sick sickkkkk back and bi workout, mainly back. Did my usuals pre and post i got the ghrp6 sub q in the gut and igf1 in each bi. Vascularity is incredible right now, im not sure what is the cause but its been going up weekly. My girl mentioned my legs got smaller so im saying that its the reason i dropped weight and vice versa, when you lose weight legs are usually the first to go.

When a fighter cuts weight they will always lose the size in the legs first then the neck area from what ive been told and heard.

I don't know why I never figured you to be about the same height as me. I'm 6'3" and 264 right now. But bodyfat%, that's a different story. I'm not swift enough just to look at someone's physique and guesstimate their % of bodyfat. if you're not looking for mass on your chest, i'd just hit it with high reps (10-12) and use moderate weight. just my .02

yea some sketchy things have been occurring here locally, so i've been chillin. i started the cut already but i fvcked up HARDCORE!! my metabolism is so high naturally, i believe that after adding all the stims and thermogenics, it got jacked up way too high. i lost ALL 15lbs i gained from the cycle, but i still LOOK in the mirror, considerably bigger/stronger than before. wtf? all i've been doing is eating 100% clean, taking the thermo's and stims, and doing cardio 3x per week. i'm going back to eating whatever the fvck i want, cuz i'm sooooooo pissed! :frustrate:

I was afraid this would happen to you. Guys like you with those phukkin' turbo-charged metabolisms have to be careful when cutting. You have to decrease carbs and calories very slowly! You really don't have to lower calories that much, as opposed to just changing "WHAT" you're eating. I suggest more healthy fats (efa's), more good carbs, and all the fukkin' red meat you can choke down! You can pass on all the fish and chicken that the rest of us behemoths have to eat to lose bodyfat! You can have steak 3 times a freakin' day. This will help you hold onto more size, and your strength will remain very high from all of the red meat! Eat clean, but eat more Brosenstein!! I don't even use stims or thermogenics while cutting anymore. I just change my diet and up the cardio!! THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

Yeah, I up my calories slightly while in PCT. I've been treating my last few cycles like cutters, so I relax a little during PCT and take in a little extra food and nourishment. I also change up my training during PCT. I treat the cycles like I'm getting ready for a contest or something! I cut rest down between sets. I incorporate drop sets alot. I also use super-sets, descending sets, rest-pause reps, etc...But during PCT I switch back to straight heavy sets with a little extra rest between sets. I still go HEAVY!! After I finished Back, and before I hit Biceps this morning, I had to run to the puke-pail!! I made it ....barely! I hurled!!:sick: lol That's training baby!!:aargh: It's going to be a smooth PCT. I like the Dr. D set-up I'm using. It is very successful!! Have a great day Piston!! :wave:THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

With the deca still circulating i didnt have any issues with joints but i think it fully cleared a week ago so issues have been arising. Just really feeling the dry joints. 50mcg igf1 split in each pec. 75mg winny total today and tomorrow will be the last day on cycle ill be using 75mg winny tomorrow too. Really pleasing to look at myself in the mirror just gonna try to maintain and make slow gains the rest of the year hopefully i can hold out on AAS until next year then itll be a full bulk. weighing in at 215lbs.

Do you think the Winny is contributing to the sore, dry joints? That's my guess. How many grams of healthy efa's do you take per day Piston? I've taken 20 grams per day for the last 6 months at least! I think it helps to as an anti-inflammatory, and sorta lubes the joints. Are you really staying totally natty for the rest of the year?:eek: No Epistane or Trenadrol or anything like that? I'm guessing no Super-Drol either, huh? WOW!! Good luck with that one. I don't know if I could not run anything at all for the next 7 months. And I've only started using designers 3 years ago. Before that all my training was purely natty. Whey protein and Creatine! I love my PS's/Designer steroids! And this last cycle with my first experience with d-bol was real tasty!! YUMM!!:food: Strength went crazy on this short Blitz-Krieg thingy! I've got 3 weeks of PCT and then I'm anxious to start my summer anabolic cutter!! I'm not trying to tempt you Piston. Not at all!! I'm just saying good luck on staying totally natty for so long! I suggest people use something that lubes joints like nandrolone while using stanozolol, you could even use the short ester NPP and as long as the dose was low you could still have a very effective cutter with nice moist joints all the way! I have LG Sciences' Methyl Masterdrol Version 2 (MMV2), PrimaForce MethylRage (MDHT), and Bio-Sciences Methoxy TST. All are very androgenic! But which to use? I was thinking either 3 caps of MMV2, or 4 caps of MDHT, or 6 caps of the TST 1 hour before my workouts for that aggression and strength charge! Any thoughts from you and Piston?:think: With the Epi/Tren combo, it's going to be very dry already. I was thinking of using the TST, as it is considered sorta wet from some people's estimation. I'm not too familiar with the preworkout androgen thing. I've never really done it. I know piston is no stranger to it though, I'm sure he'll have some recommendations.

Well you probably already know that I've used all the above mentioned androgens: MMV2, MDHT, and TST. Yes, the TST will add mass, albeit with a little bloatage. But that would be easily remedied with the dryness of the Epi/Tren combo. TST is a strange compound for sure. Nobody ever really figured out much about it before it was out of production already. It is uber-androgenic (thus the extremely oily skin and huge zits), but it's the wettest androgen I've ever used. It is great for the libido as well!;) I probably will go with the 6 caps of TST as my pre-workout booster on this one as the Epi/Tren combo will be plenty dry enough! I like the sound of your next big bulker, by the way. It looks very "old school"!!:study: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:
 
yeah im curious how a run of m1t will do now that i know what im doing and am dedicated to the game. My first run with any AAS was m1t and man i didnt really have a clue back then haha i barely trained while i was on it so we'll see if it was the lethargy that caused that. Appetite was also shot down so with testosterone in there im hoping we can battle those sides....maybe ill use EQ again on that one to battle the loss of appetite, id like to use Deca again in that one but think with the m1t i might have too much prolactin and might get some probs, but then again i do have cabergoline so that side can be fought too. Ill have alot of time to think about it anyway.

So Thunder, you going straight into the epi/tren after the 3 week pct? what doses are you looking at?
 
Hit back, rear delts, and some doggcrapp style bicep curls.. Felt great i didnt even want to leave but had some obligations to some friends that i had to fullfil so cut it short. 200mcg ghrp6 and 50mcg igf1 split into each lat post wo. Over at DA.com they got the xtend vasocharge combo i must say its really quite nice just get the lemonade xtend so you can mix the two. I really like the lemonade xtend, the watermelon i didnt like. Ive been eating like a monster the past two days and my erections are just impressive :head:
 
yeah im curious how a run of m1t will do now that i know what im doing and am dedicated to the game. My first run with any AAS was m1t and man i didnt really have a clue back then haha i barely trained while i was on it so we'll see if it was the lethargy that caused that. Appetite was also shot down so with testosterone in there im hoping we can battle those sides....maybe ill use EQ again on that one to battle the loss of appetite, id like to use Deca again in that one but think with the m1t i might have too much prolactin and might get some probs, but then again i do have cabergoline so that side can be fought too. Ill have alot of time to think about it anyway.

So Thunder, you going straight into the epi/tren after the 3 week pct? what doses are you looking at?
I'm thinking right now the dosages would be 4 caps of TRN (4.5 mg) and 30 mg. of Epi per day for 3 weeks. I know you probably don't think that's outrageous, but watch my little flamers come out!!:smite: I might even toss in some d-bols for shock and awe! I love it!! THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:
