dosing for massfx experiment

Some background info.

I'm 6'2" and weigh 195 lbs. with an 8 or 9 pecent body fat. About the "peppiest" supplement I've used is your standard preworkout drink (rag) and a shake after (cytogainer). Wait. I take that back I used cellmass like first of January.

Anyways. I bought a bottle of massfx, partly because of the raving about it and partly out of curiousity. I know you can stack it with 3 a.d. and the like, but since I don't want to fail my piss test when I return to fall camp, I thought I'd give massfx a shot by itself (still taking that cytogainer after). I suppose there's always a shot of a false posi, but I'll be done with it in a month so I believe, from what I've heard, be fine.

My question is this: how do I dose the stuff? I'm taking 2 in the morning and 2 about an hour before I lift, but I figured I should probably ask before I get too far along. Thanks for the help.


oh right. i'm taking a multi and eating properly. i just don't feel like cataloguing all the food.

lol - no need to get all the diet in there. ;) There's enough info in your post to know that you're pretty much doing it right. Depending on what time you lift, of course...

Typical dosing is 4/day for ya. Taking 2 pre-w/o is good. If you wanted to, you could dose the morning like you are, or you could split them up in single-cap doses and spread them out evenly throughout the day. If you workout late afternoon or evening, as I'm supposing here, then you'd do well either way. :)

Other than that, I don't think you'll run into any problems with a "piss test" when you go back to camp. MFX is not a prohormone and I don't believe it's on an NCAA or other organization's "no-no" list. But when in doubt, ask the coach to help you check it out. It's always best to check these things before starting them when you are subject to any kind of governing body's regulations for supplement usage.

hahah it's a good point. I did enough checking that I felt pretty comfortable, but when in doubt ask. Thanks for the reply I appreciate it. Do you think it would be better to spread the morning dose like wakeup 1, lunch 1 and then my two about an hour before working out, or stay with the 2 by 2?

I'm not taking a pre supp to see what the massfx will do by itself, and while today was only day 2 I did put up 245 after I finished my straight bench workout. Dunno if it was in my excited little head or what, but I had a real nice lift. Focused enough to overwork actually. But chest day is always a favorite so whatever.
 
lol - Still sounds good to me, man. Splitting the dose up gives you a more steady "flow" throughout the day, IMO. And as for the lift and possible "placebo effect", no biggy. I never ever saw that as a bad thing! If someone gives you a cap full of flour and it makes you lift harder, then atleast you lifted harder and are better for it!!! (Definitely not saying that MFX is flour, though. ;) )
