I love the posts asking for advice after the purchase has been made.

Advice would be either return them, or just run them at daily recommendation with hopefully a clean diet with sufficient cal deficit.

Isn't it a requirement by law to state what's in them?

I always thought it was funny when people go through the trouble of starting a new thread to ask what the back of the label should already say.

Although I completely agree with that, it may be somewhat difficult to read bottle instructions when you would probably be shot if you had it in your hand anywhere in NYC.
