I'm on my fifth day of Recreate, and I love it for the LACK of an overt physical response (well aside from spontaneous sweats, lol). Man, I just can't hang with the harder more stimulant filled fatburners.

My first day on a full dose (2 morn, 1 afternoon) was kind of a scare. I had a racing heart for some reason, and backed off down to 1 morn, 1 afternoon for two days. Now I'm back to 2 morn, 1 afternoon and feeling great. I'd probably have a heart attack on any of the hardcore stim burners, lol.

Early on, I remember some were claiming a euphoric response. I've had none of this type of feeling so far, but it's not why I use Recreate (although, it would be nice to soften some of my temper's edge, lol).

Day 13 and first day I did not get nausea after taking it. Sweating like a pig at the gym. It is causing more vascularity, when doing biceps I actually have some decent veins busting through the forearms

I just keep looking leaner. Just when I think ok fat loss is slowing down now.. I see something new in the way for fat loss and I look at the scales no significant change.

ok so you are noting no difference on scale either right? I went up 4 pounds in a week and then leveled off most part. It is hard to tell with a bit of a tummy if you are getting leaner or not, but I took back and chest pics one week in to hopefully see if i notice anything different.

Yah it's down right eerie, my pants are looser on the waist I can see more definition and no movement on the scales.

Maurice,

Weight shifts aggregately - that is, you may lose 4lbs of fat, and at the same time gain 4lbs of LBM, thereby making your aggregate effect on weight 0. However, while the scale reflects no change, your body composition has considerably shifted with an 8lb turnover in tissue.

These numbers are obviously arbitrary, and used to ease your mind. You seem overly concerned with the amount of weight loss, whereas the quality and type of weight lost should be of primary concern. In other words, don't worry bruv, you seem to be losing fat and maintaining mass! That's every dieter's wish.

Yeah good point. I just have to get that damn concept out of my head about the numbers. I think i am dissing the scale for the next few weeks LOL.

I have been able to eat and not gain fat is what matters. Plus I know for a fact my arms are bigger. My biceps were always the weakest part of my body. I started curling 45's and 50's this week which is a lot for me. I saw veins, and I never saw that before.

The combo of strength and vascularity is making me happy. Once I have about a week left I will order more as long as my paycheck permits lol

If you were to lose the same amount of 'volume' in fat that you concurrently gained in muscle, you'd look bigger and weigh more. I'd take this over dropping some stupe-ass numbers on a scale. You CAN'T gauge fatloss from a scale. It is IMPOSSIBLE, because it is insufficient as a tool for calculating LBM by itself.

I agree 100%. I used to step on that scale everday expecting some extraordinary gains. When in reality you won't even see day to day progress even if you are making overall progress. It takes time, and we all know this is a marathon not a sprint

I was taking 3 preWO (AM) found the euphoric response very subtile. Best description is "a quite glow" - nothing over the top, like those bug-eyed stim type of fat burners.

Yeah, I've never considered any mood changing supplements, but when I was explaining what I was charging our card for, I mentioned the potential for a euphoric response. She immediately said "Get it". LoL. I seem to have somewhat of a temper after staring at a computer screen 8-10 hours a day jockeying with code. It'd be nice to have something to gently calm me down a bit, heh.

Yeah, I'm loving the heat that Recreate is giving me. Adding a second pill in the afternoon will hopefully jack it up a bit more during my workouts, but I doubt I'll ever have the nerve for 3, lol. I'm stacking with AP 2/3 times a day depending on workouts, so I'm not sure I can determine the true source of any future results between the two. Only a week in, so no noticable results beyond the heat/sweat (thermogenic effect is amazingly obvious for me, and end up working out a sweat by simply getting up to make a cup of tea!) and pumps... But I'm in this for a full 60 day run.

I just had to give an update, the fat is melting off me and I really haven't made any changes in diet.

Diet+plus supplement= faster fat loss

Would you buy a Designer steroid and not workout?

I agree....BUT there has to be some kind of "control". In order to prove that the product works it has to be taken by someone who has used the same diet and exercise plan for years. That person must make no changes to diet and/or lifestyle, supplements, or exercise. What bothers me sometimes is,

1) someone claims a product doesn't work

2) Rep will ask about diet and exercise

3) Person will respond by tightning up diet and exercise routine

=

Results

Now the rep says, "See the product does work, you just have to work also on your diet and exercise routine in order for the product to work."

Now that doesn't make much sense because whos to say that the product is actually the cause of the results and NOT diet and exercise ALONE!. Sure it can be a combination of these two things but the only way to find that out is to do some kind of study with a control group.

Please don't take this the wrong way. I have all the respect in the world for USP Labs/Pure Supplements. I myself am an avid user of Anabolic Pump and Pslin. The situation above that I described just frustrates the hell out of me when I see it happen over and over on this board.

You have a valid point, T-Bone. But I’m not sure that it can be universally applied. I think it’s important to remember that many of us have been on this journey for an awfully long time. We’ve been on cuts and recomps several times, and we know what to expect from our bodies when we make certain tweaks in our training and diet. I think I can safely say that I fall into this category and, though I’ve made changes to my diet since starting, I’ve noticed an effect that goes above and beyond mere dietary manipulation while using Recreate. And never in 20+ years of training have I experienced the resolve to stay away from empty calories like I’m experiencing on this supplement. Granted, my experience is subjective and anecdotal. But I’m rather confident that Recreate has accelerated my results.

Ditto the same experience exactly

I've been on for 12 days now. Looking leaner. Leaned out more in the 2nd week than the first. Diet has been good.

Actually put some size on while on a cal deficit which is amazing. Arms gone from 15' to just under 15 and 1 quarter inch which is nice.

Feel quite full and don't feel all skinny like i normally do on a cut.

Only problem is the nausea and funny stomach every now and again. Today for example i feel like crap but i don't think i drank enough water so it's probably my fault.

Must say aswell, i've felt pretty tired/lethargic last week or so but i bought this product to lose bodyfat and it's doing it's job.

Thumbs up from me!

I've just finished my final day on Recreate...I'm kind'a gutted I've ran out!! The past couple of days I'd finally figured out the best time for me to be taking my doses.

I'll admit the first couple of weeks weren't very progressive in terms of fatloss, but after some help over on muscletalk I sorted a diet that agrees with me and my training/activities and I started to see changes. The scales have shown a drop each week, and I can safely say I've dropped atleast 2% bodyfat, in the past two months of cutting.
I love the way recreate doesnt make you feel jittery or wired like other products do, but subconsiously you know it's doing something!!

Good product IMO:clap2:

agreed , this situation happens all the time, I`m not saying that all fat burners are s*** but c`mon lets be honest if the product works and the diet did not changed, well something got to happen, remember we are talking of bodybuilders not big fat bastards that only watch tv and drink beers all day, the main objective of probably 90% of people around here is to get cut, see a 6 pack not to lose 30 fat pounds...

I am now convinced that the results I have seen could not have been achieved without recreate. This is based on multiple attempts at attaining low body fat, which I have been able to do for contest. In all the times I went down if body fat I have never found it quite so easy. I did not change my diet, it might be a little cleaner but not much as one of the benefits of this product is a slight suppression of appetite. The most amazing thing is, I have not lost hardly any weight while the fat seems to continue to disappear.

I am almost a month through. i think i am going to run another month, and was consider stacking with DCP.

I already am taking AP with it. I don't see massive results but others say they see some difference.

I will give it another month, pending if i have money left over from my paycheck :smite:

correct, that was what I meant to say in my first post...

it seems to me that recreate has both a maoi inhibitor AND some type of dopamine antagonist effect.

although very subtle, try it with a sulbatamine containing product after 1 week or so of recreate .and see how bad you will feel.

anyone of the reps care to comment on the above?

as for fatloss, i honestly have not seen much in 4 weeks almost.
but i have 3 bottles and im gonna stick with it so...

Yep, I have seen a bit of change, but nothing substantial, but heck, it is only a month ya know. I decided after reading on picking up DCP and stacking that with Recreate/AP and maybe add powerfull, though we wills ee
