THUNDERGOD'S 3-WEEK BLITZ-KRIEG with Methyl-E, M-Drol, And D-Bol

Omega 3 butter :think: WOW!I love hot wings too and would never consider them a cheat meal.Unless they are deep fried and half the time "naked" wings are better anyways!Some deep fried chicken is worse than fatty fast food beef.
 
Just for the dose. Reason is because I'm planning on downing a meal on my last break at work w/ the DROL then 2 1/2hrs later take off to the gym and be there within 30 mns, change, warm up get down to business. I wouldn't wanna drive all the way home, get a good meal w/DROL, wait an hr or 2 then drive ALL the way back to the gym... which is kind of far.

I would eat when I leave for work too.Don't you eat every 2-3 hrs?You got some weight on you so it must be working.Weight lies but it looks like you got some shoulders on you in the pic.Also,being that SD is methylated it doesn't have to be taken with a meal.Thats the whole point of methylation,to give it a high oral bioavailability and to resist break down in the body.I would take it an hr before the gym on a quick water break,and down a blended protien drink on the way with skim milk,oats,and whey thats waiting in the car in a cooler.
 
I've been told that since M-Drol is high on the anabolic end but very low on the androgenic end, it doesn't affect workout aggression or strength or focus. Strong androgens exert these effects. But no matter what I'm taking on a cycle, I like to dose 1 hour before my workouts. It may just be mental or placebo, but hey, I'll take it! THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

BTW Do you make your own peanut butter tg, I just made some with almonds, peanuts and walnuts, with walnut oil and butter, with a touch of sesame oil. This is my fave mix as i get a good blend of essential oils along with a gorgeous taste.
 
I just buy the smuckers natural pb myslef.Ingredients are peanuts and salt with 1 gram of sugar.Other natural pb's have more sugar is why I choose smuckers.

SD should be taken with a meal containing a nice dose of healthy fats. or at least take it with fish oil. this will lessen its negative effect on your lipids.

Then you need to carry a good protein bar to work with you. And about 30 minutes before you leave, eat it and take your Drol then go to the gym. This will time out so that you have some food and your drol in you 1 hour before your workout. You can make it happen!! Go get 'em dude!!:head: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

I've heard around that Drol gives you a great pump if eaten about and hr - 2 hrs pre w/o w/carbs... but I wouldn't know about M drol in particular. A buddy once gave me about 1/4 bottle of LG M1D (those red pilled ones). I took 3 caps(recommended dose) about an hr and a half before hitting the iron and man... I had one of the best pumps ever. Now he's a small dude and it said the M1D didn't do squat for him at the rec. dose, so that's why he gave them to me. Since I'm larger I said what the hell and wasn't expecting anything either. I even asked myself why the hell am I so pumped then I remembered I had taken them... so I'm guessing I could rule out placebo effect to some degree. I tried it again the next week and same thing happened time and time again. So yeah, I just thought since Drol is stronger I could probably get some killer pumps out of it. I still plan to dose it pre-wo though!

Yea I do eat every 2 hrs (some are basic protein shakes) except pre w/o... so I usually have a big serving of extend or purple wrath as soon as I get in the car after work then take off to the gym. I have to be careful with what I eat I put on weight like crazy! But It's mostly fat... I guess that's just the way I am. I was 250 lbs at my worst... used horrible dieting techinques to my all time lightest 185 which weren't so lean haha.... then got serious and was sporting a half assed sixer at 192 ( i looked better than i did 185!) I got a pic of it somewhere

Hmm... a shake with oats? Don't yo uhave to cook those? (I try to steer away from carbs so I'm not so familiar... except with instant whole grain brown rice!)

? Methyls can be taken with or without food, and taking it with fish oil will not make any difference on lipids.

Even mixing methyls, a 17a-alkylated, and a few other goodies. Of course, I'm not aware how my lipids or liver enzymes are doing. I am curious, but not to the point of paying out of pocket for bloodwork. I'm taking all precautions I can with ancillaries and support supps and all! No you don't have to cook the oats.Just put enough milk,or water,to blend them together.And then add the other stuff.I like to do this to get the oats a little more finer.
 
I grind my oats dry in a coffee grinder and just mix them in my water for my w/o drink. Easy peasy.

I'm guessing with protien?They actually have oat flour at stores,but it's staright up expensive for as much as you will go through.I don't know if it digest slowly either.Ofcourse it's made from oats,but it's a powder as opposed to flakes.......

BLITZ-KRIEG DAY 10--Just took my morning dose of 10 mg. each of M-Drol, Methyl-E, and D-Bol. D-Bol is meltin' under my tongue right now! YUMM! I will keep my dosages the same as now for the duration of my cycle. It was, and will continue to be, 20 mg. each of M-Drol, Methyl-E, and D-Bol everyday for the entire 3 weeks. If I feel I need to up anything, it will be on a future cycle. Not this time! I'm testing new waters here! I feel extremely good on this cycle. No lethargy, no back pumps, nothing bad really. BP is still unelevated at 130/86 and I'm taking 2 grams of Hawthorn Berries everyday. I would love to see my lipids levels right now. I'm taking 20 grams of healthy EFA's, 1,000 mg. of Flush-Free Niacin, and 40 mg. of Policosanol everyday to help with my lipids and cholesterol levels. I would also like to know my liver enzymes also. I took 2 grams of Milk Thistle everyday for 3 weeks before this cycle. I do NOT take liver supps during my cycles. But all in all, I feel absolutely great. No bad sides to report. Everything is very positive at this point. Pumps are insane, vascularity starting to really show (Epi), endurance is good, libido is seriously elevated, recovery is quick, and strength is coming on hard now! I'm up 2 very lean pounds as of right now. This is my best cycle to date thus far! :woohoo: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:
 
TG, taurine does wonders for my BP. Try dosing in the 8-10g range per day and see if it has any effect for ya. Usually kicks in within 36-48hours for me. It remedied some MAJOR BP issues for me a few weeks back. If not, you can just scrap it and cost is relatively cheap.

Flush free niacin requires liver enzymatic action. Might want to switch back to the typical standard flush type considering your choice of methylated candies ;) ...that's according to some googling that I did a while back when I wanted to increase my niacin dosage.

Another popular strategy with liver support is to stagger your oral steriod and liver support doses by 4 hours. Supposedly takes about 3-4 hrs to completely make passes through the liver so it should negative the "interference theory." This is popular on the lean bulk board if you wanna check out doc's stickies.

I always greatly appreciate all of your input Celc. I'm already taking 2 grams of Taurine per day now. But I'll up it to see if it helps. That BP reading is not really that bad for me. It's really came down a lot from 10 months ago when I was 30 pounds heavier (fatter)! Thanks for the tip on the standard flush type Niacin. I'll get some, and use my Flush-Free version during PCT. But with the liver support, I'll stick to my guns on that one. None during cycle. I've been reading up on this from Dana Dinoii over at DA forums. I respect his knowledge and opinions. I'll resume 2,0000 mg. of Milk Thistle right after the cycle, during my PCT. I'm going to add some SamE this time as well. But all in all this is turning out to be my best cycle thus far, despite some people's negative opinions of my choices for this stack. At one point, all now popular stacks were just in the imagination of some individual that decided to run it to see if it was successful or not. This is exactly what I'm doing with this cycle. I'm not using it right now,but I was just taking one 500mg tablet a day.Thats what the bottle suggest and I was also taking fish oil and CS which has 2 things for lipids I believe.

I flush HARD on run of the mill niacin tabs and look silly with a red face at work :fool2: So I break my 500mg tabs into 4's (125mg) and take about about 4-8 throughout the day with meals. I haven't run anything that has a horrible cholesterol reputation (halo and phera so far) so take my experience with a grain of salt as far as dosing goes.

But as pantera said, I think 500mg should typically do the trick... just remember you are in uncharted waters here and we're not sure how the combo will affect lipids.

Of course I'm always looking to gain muscle size and strength, but yeah this was an experiment. I was told how foolish this plan was in the beginning of my log. So I'm going to show that there was a method to my madness after all. The Epi. is an anti-estrogen. So it will serve to keep me lean, hard, and bloat-free. It also has SERM like properties so as to keep circulating estrogen levels from binding to the ER. The d-bol is obviously for some added size and strength, but it will cause water retention and bloat, hence the need for the Epi. The M-drol is for strength also and fat-free mass as it is totally non-aromatizing. So I had some reasoning behind this mix of anabolics. It was not just happenstance.:study: "A man without a plan, is NOT a man"!! THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

it's supposedly slow release, which is what makes it hard on the liver. The purpose of the slow release is just allowing a little at a time into the blood stream, so that prevents the flush from a higher dose all at once.

Appreciate it bro! Yeah this is my first experince with the d-bol and the Epi. Epi is very good for leaning up and increasing vascularity. When I'm working out, my veins are freakin' bulging. It's cool as fokk!! You're doing great on your cycle as well. It's every bodybuilder's dream come true to add weight and drop bodyfat at the same time. Of course this is always open to debate! ha ha I think about what each designer or steroid will do that I'll be taking together. I contemplate the individual actions of each. Then I take into account how they will work in conjunction with one another! I do give it some forethought. DAY 11---Battle Briefing---CHEST AND TRICEPS---The intensity was thru the roof this morning. I'm breaking out the little 2 and 1/2 pound plates now just so I can report an increase! lol I can't even entertain the thought of not increasing weight or reps while on this loaded cycle! Some numbers from the battlefield. Flat Bench Presses: 285 X 10. Immediate drop to 235 X 8. Incline Bench Presses: 270 X 11. Immediate drop to 225 X 8. Pec-Deck Flyes: 190 X 10. Immediate drop to 150 X 10. Cable-Crossovers: 80 X 15. Immediate drop to 60 X 10. Standing Triceps Pushdowns: 170 X 10. Immediate drop to 130 X 10. One-Arm Seated Overhead Cable Extensions: 70 X 10! Immediate drop to 50 X 9. Reverse-Grip Pushdowns: 120 X 10. Immediate drop to 90 X 9. I felt so strong and confident with the weights this morning. Like I could've lifted anything I put on the Bar! Aggression is extremely elevated.:aargh: It's good that I workout alone.I'm not exactly sociable when I'm in my Beserker rage! :frustrate I take it all out on the weights! Personally if i had a gym all to myself like one in a basement or something i would enjoy it more, i mean u can do whatever you want, yell as loud as you want, slam weights, throw weights, spit, punch things, whatever you want! I try to be a lil considerate at my local 24hr fitness...:rolleyes:

I actually have everything I need at home. Machines and free weights. A very cool set-up! But I also go to my local Community Center. There's usually no one there in the mornings when I workout. I have the run of the store! THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:
