THUNDERGOD'S 3-WEEK BLITZ-KRIEG with Methyl-E, M-Drol, And D-Bol

No way!! It's 7:00 A.M. right now where I live. I'm up early preparing for battle bro! Just finished off some oatmeal with some dry apricots in it. Plus a 50 gram Whey Protein shake. Getting ready to pop my morning doses and get my game face on. It's time to put on the "bear-shirt"!!:aargh: Go back a few pages in this log, and you'll see what this means. I feel like lifting the whole world this morning! If you feel the Earth shift in a little while, you'll know it's me!!:squat: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:
 
DAY 6--WAR REPORT---I'm feelin' it now!!:aargh: Just finished hammering Legs and Shoulders this morning. I get off of work at 4 or 5:00 A.M. and take a 2 or 3 hour nap usually. I love working out first thing after waking up! I'm so energized and focused. It's much better than when I used to work a factory job on day shift, and would get off in the afternoon, head straight for the gym after a hot and arduous day at work. Tired and depleted! This is much more like it. Some numbers from this morning: Leg Extensions: 115 X 12. Like I said before, this machine is just plain hard. The lying leg curl machine next to it is the same brand, but I can use 200 X 12 on it. Machine Squats: 275 X 12 then 3 more reps rest-pause style, for a toal of 15 reps. This machine is also very strict and hard. Regular squats don't even compare! Standing One-Legged Hamstring Curls: 80 X 10 immediate drop to 60 X 10. Stiff-Legged Deadlifts: 225 X 12. Shoulder Machine Presses: 180 X 12. Felt easy really. Going up next week! One-Arm Behind the Back Cable Side Laterals: 50 X 10. Hard! Immediate drop to 30 X 12. Really fried 'em! One-Arm Overhead Cable Rear Laterals: 60 X 10. Immediate drop to 40 X 9. Burnt 'em to a crisp! I've incorporated more drop sets and rest-pause reps at the end of most sets now. I've got to up the intensity levels on this cycle. Strength and endurance were off the charts today! I feel so alive!! :aargh: :woohoo:THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

so this was a permanent thing then ?
I messed up the siatic nerve last september (deep glute inject gone wrong), and it's just now recovering....so a good 8 months of agony. It will flare up again i'm almost 100% sure.

Oh, I feel "on" all right!:aargh: On top of the world that is! lol Must be the D-Bol. I've heard it creates a good mood and a profound sense of well-being. That it does! I feel so young and strong! Of course I AM young and strong, I'm just feelin' it more. Pumps are great like you said. Vascularity is really starting to show thru as well. I've gained 2 pounds already after this first week, so I've got to watch the calories. But I'm eating totally clean, so if I gain a few more lean pounds, I won't complain! I agree!Thats why my volume goes way up on cycle!Then back down when off.How long before a wo do you take MMV2 TG?It says they have the rapid release capsule thing going on,but not how long before a wo to take it.

I take it 1 hour before my workout. I want to make sure it's fully kicked in when I attack that iron!:aargh: I always increase intensity on-cycle as well by using drop-sets, descending sets, and rest-pause reps. Different things to jack it up a notch. Then I do straight sets during PCT. I'm always changing exercises and grips and what not every 2 weeks though. I get stale quickly on the same old thing!:thumbsup: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

3 days is plenty for me. I don't like to flirt with over-training. I subscribe to the old school methods of Mike Mentzer who influenced such later stars like Dorian Yates and Branch Warren. You only truly grow when you're resting. "Get in, get it done, get out and grow!", that's my philosophy. I train 6 days per week really, so I only get the 1 rest day on Tuesday. 3 days with weights and 3 days of cardio. Works fine for me. I make damn sure it's all very hard though!!:aargh: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

I've been doing it 5 days a week but for 10 minutes and HIT style.Today I did HIIT and that was cool.Def made the time go by faster!A big ripped guy whos getting ready for 2 shows told me that I should do 3 days a week and 20-25 minutes.He does an hr and I see him alot.He prob does atleast 5 days and maybe even 7.I asked if I should stop creatine and he said "OH NO!"
 
DAY 8---Oh, it's getting good now! I believe the D-Bol is kicking in now. So strong and aggressive this morning. Well, it was BACK and BICEPS this morning. I'm utilizing more drop sets, descending sets, and rest-pause reps at the end of most work sets now. Here's a few numbers from the battle! Lat Pulldowns: 270 X 10. Immediate drop to 200 X 9. Reverse-Grip Pulldowns: 250 X 10. Immediate drop to 190 X 10. Close-Grip Reverse Pulldowns: 240 X 10. Immediate drop to 180 X 12. Seated Pulley Rows: 270 X 10. Immediate drop to 220 X 9. Standing Machine Rows: 160 X 12. I made these up on a Seated Bench Press Machine, they're great! Very strict! Standing Bar Cable Curls: 170 X 10! Hard. Immediate drop to 130 X 8. One-Arm Preacher Machine Curls: 80 X 10! Hard. Immediate drop to 50 X 12. Lying Bar Cable Curls To Forehead: 140 X 10. Immediate drop to 100 X 10. One-Arm Standing Cable Curls: 40 X 12. This is the best workout I've had that I can remember. Is D-Bol what I've been missing all of these years?:think: I'm loving it! And I'm only taking 20 mg. per day. Of course, it's in a stack, but it's still low-dose. I felt a taste of the power I once enjoyed before the All-Father Odin placed me within this mortal shell to teach me humility and patience. I feel as though I could take on all enemies throughout all the nine worlds!!:aargh: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

You need to start doing some pull ups TG.I always thought pull downs were for people that can't do pull ups.A pro made a good point in MD though.Theirs a difference between pulling you body up,and pulling weight down.I would throw pull ups in after a light warm up on the assisted machine,and then finish off with pull downs.This is actually what I do!

I would like to ad also that I do close grip pull-ups once or twice a month on arm day as a bicep move!! Try it! Nothing makes my bi's as sore the next day. After a few sets of DB curl warm-ups I do my sets like this with just bodyweight: 6, 8, 10, 12,.....forget about it (mobster voice):fool2:

I do chin ups for bi's too!Also dips for tri's on top of pullups for back.I love all of them!My bi's started taking on a fuller more rounded look when I was doing chins twice a week and bb curls once a week on a three day full body split.No one can curl their own body weight as many times as they can do chins.Hell!Most can't curl their own body weight period!

He always gets shredded!I read in my new MD yesterday that a guy said when he trained priest for shows,he would sometimes dissapear for 3 days and binge on junk food!Priest said it was true but he would imediately do an hr of cardio after each crap meal.He said their were times he would be doing 6 hrs of cardio a day because of his binging!That man loves his food and I love him!

Priest is always amazing in contest shape. Have you guys seen pictures of him during the off-season? He gets totally fat. Then he painstakingly sheds it before shows. He does look awesome when in shape though. Best built short guy there is out there! THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

Hey quick question about M-DROL for future cycle: Can I take a dose with high carbs/protein/fish oil 3 - 3 1/2hours before a workout and still get the "pumps" or is that too long a time frame? If I remember 1 - 2 hrs was ideal.

I eat every 2-3 hrs so I would not do that personally.Thats way too long to not being getting prot,carbs etc and then working out which actually puts you in a catabolic state.I would eat an hr before wo,then a shake immediately afterwards,with a meal roughly an hr later.I train in the morning and start drinking a BIG ASS shake as soon as I wake up.You need the constant flow of amino acids as soon as you wake up till you go to bed.Sorry for preaching but if you don't eat 3 hrs before a wo,then wo,thats roughly 4 hrs with no food and training thrown in the mix!Not a good combination for your muscles!

I've been told that since M-Drol is high on the anabolic end but very low on the androgenic end, it doesn't affect workout aggression or strength or focus. Strong androgens exert these effects. But no matter what I'm taking on a cycle, I like to dose 1 hour before my workouts. It may just be mental or placebo, but hey, I'll take it! THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

Then you need to carry a good protein bar to work with you. And about 30 minutes before you leave, eat it and take your Drol then go to the gym. This will time out so that you have some food and your drol in you 1 hour before your workout. You can make it happen!! Go get 'em dude!!:head: THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:

Wings are cheat food!?:wtf:No effin' way dude! I love my wings. Really, I wouldn't consider wings as a "cheat" so much. Just don't dip 'em in Ranch Dresssing or anything like that. I don't make hot wings anymore, because there's so much work to eatin' 'em. And they don't have much meat on 'em either. I use chicken thighs! I put 'em in a deep baking dish and pour a whole bottle of hot sauce on 'em and some Smart Choice Omega-3 butter on top of 'em and bake 'em at 350 degress for 3 hours. They are delicious and nutritious!! This has been a baking lesson from the Thundergod!!:hammer::toofunny:
