Cutting In PCT

I know regularly this is a big NO NO, but if on cycle you do a lean bulk, eating say 500cals above maintenance, then I assume during PCT you need really to eat as much if not more. But would this work:

Week 1 of PCT - 4000cals
Week 2 of PCT - 3500cals
Week 3 of PCT - 3250cals
Week 4 of PCT - 3000cals & ECY STACK
Week 5 after PCT - 2750cals & ECY STACK

(My ECY STACK ~ 75mg ephedrine, 750mg caffeine, 15mg yohimbine per day)

My maintenance is around 2750-3000cals.

Thanks in advanced

Let me say that during PCT of my last cycle I contracted the flu and was also depressed. I ate less. My recovery was ... less than optimal :( and I'm still trying to get my body back to normal

Calories need to be high during PCT and in the weeks following as well. Reason being, of course, that if you start to cut away at caloric intake, the body responds accordingly, and your metabolism will slow for one, but your muscle tissue will also begin to deplete. As far as metabolism slowing, you could survive that, as it really would only serve to help you preserve muscle. The catabolism of lower calories is what would hurt you.

This is especially true when your body is rebounding from a cycle and your T levels are low!

Best suggestion I have is eat VERY clean, and restrict simple carbs. Eat healthy---fish, chicken, lean meat, brown rice, yams, green veggies, etc. Drink lots of water, and sleep 8 hours if at all possible.

There is nothing more depressing than logging good gains in a cycle and then watching them evaporate in the weeks that follow. Good luck!!!!!!

Thanks for the advice guys.

Maybe I kinda worded the question wrong though. Basically I fully understand caloric intake must be above maintenance during PCT, but I assume that the further you get into PCT the closer to normalization your T & E levels are, so can you taper down your caloric intake the further into PCT you get?? And then could you throw in ECY/ECA stack straight after PCT or even in the last week of PCT, whilst still consuming above maintenance caloric consumption?? More of a measure to prevent body fat accumulation whilst on PCT. Just a thought or am I way off???

Thanks in advanced for any replies

I think your plan could work in terrms of tapering cals, as long as you're getting enough of them overall. Best just to gauge it as you go, feel your way through it.
