im 16 yrs old, and ive been liftin for a couple months now. What is the best diet, and workout plan i should do?? and what is the best thing for me to take?
Whey protein (25 grams) and dextrose (50 - 60 grams) after you finish a workout
Eat every 3 hours
Lifting:
Make a plan and stick to it. Might want to try out a form of periodization as it tends to work for most and it will keep your body from adapting to the weight/reps. I suggest undulating periodization where you do vary between 3 different rep schemes.

Now, as far as what you should take.. Well, I suggest that you get your diet and training in check first (it will make a HUGE) difference in you results, and then you can think about supplementing with something (creatine monohydrate ftw!).
Not until you are at least 21 years old. It is a steroid, and can seriously mess up your still developing hormonal system. It could also stunt your growth by closing your growth plates.
Plus, you've only been lifting natty for 2 months. You'd piss every one off around here, and you really wouldn't be doing yourself a favor. Do the things I said and see where that gets ya. Results won't come as fast as with steroids (duh) but they will definitely come.
