Time for some RECREATION (yes, it's here!)

Some additional comments & observations:

Clearly, my weight has rebounded from the 10# plummet, but I'm attributing that to a LACK of water retention (rebounded to some extent, as I don't want to get dehydrated & am drinking more water to compensate), and the fact that I am putting on muscle. The remaining VAT (and like I said, there's plenty - probably packed in tight & hard to dislodge/liquify/burn) makes an accurate BF computation difficult, but I'll guesstimate I've added ~5 lbs (judging by visible size increases in arms chest & shoulders - it could be 3#, could be 8).

My workout is basically upper body these days (which has always lagged), bench-work, deadlifts, pull-ups, delts (and I've recently bumped ALL my weights up), so changes are visible (at least, to me!).

Weight/waist BF = 22%
USN skin-fold BF = 13%

easy - just be one of the first 100 Inner Circle members to buy 3 bottles of ReCreate when it goes on sale last month.

Other than that, I have no idea.

One Month Recap - a little more detail

Mood & Stimulation
Impressive, but not perfect - excels @ maintaining an even keel, a buoyant mood & a general sense of pleasant activity - best 'stimulant of its kind' IMO, and that's enough to make me want to take this stuff indefinitely; however, it does not render me immune to anger, frustration, irritation (wish it did). The stimulation I reported early-on (cruising the web @ 3AM) is a thing of the past: I am typically exhausted before 11PM (rare for me to the level of implausibility) & sleep hard until bladder-call - at which point, I'm up, no matter what (it's the cat to blame).

Effective, productive, balanced, comfortable, aggression on-call - A+

Fat Loss
weight = 187# / waist = 35.5"
waist-weight BF = 20%
skin-fold 3-site BF = 12%
(either way, BF % is down 2% min.)

continuing to see definition increases - overall visual impression is of becoming larger and leaner even as my weight stays in its "trading range" & my BF indicators shrink. Vascukarity beginning to increase (a mixed blessing - varicose veins are showing up in my legs)

steady fat-loss, marked improvement in appearance, pactically effortless (compared to other supps) - A

Appetite Control
Effect on appetite virtually unchanged over the month: I get hungry - real hungry - but I have NO problem limiting what I eat, how much I eat, or when I eat; appetite seems to be banished from the 'irresistible impulse' category - and now under conscious control.

Again, elegant, almost effortless - A+

I suppose it doesn't make sense to post this here, since it seems to be the "I Wish I Had THe T-Shirt!!!" thread & not me tracking my progress, but I'll continue to buck the trend and actually put my results here.

I have begun my second bottle, so: on with the show....

out of 58 posts in this thread, 35 of them have nothing to do w/ ReCreate or its effects: anticipatory squealing, t-shirt lust, packaging analysis, delivery issues....

Two things.
A) I want a shirt
B) I have been on Recreate and AP for 13 days now. Up about 4 pounds still. Nausea has gone away, mudd butt is still here lol. Much stronger at the gym. I generally feel more rested for the most part. I have seen a few guys losing considerable weight in two weeks and for some reason I can't. I don't know why. I am sweating like a pig in the gym. I would say yesterday was the first day I felt appetite suppression. And today as well after BF.

Is the combo the reason the weight is not coming off? Maybe fat burn and muscle gain? But I did not think you can gain much muscle in two weeks, unless of course you use the roids.

Might also depend on your workout regimen, how you apply it - and of course, sleep & diet.

The AP could also be a factor in you not dropping weight, but then you don't *really* want to lose "weight", do you? I just wanna lose fat.

true, i only want to lose fat

Diet has been more carbs due to taking AP...I was usually on a LOW carb diet.

Workout is usually heavy lifting. I don't go for toning.

Maybe it is balancing. Well, gonna follow up with myself in two weeks and then run another month lol

First. I defenitely have t-shirt lust. Lmao! Going to have to drive to USP Labs HQ and pick one up i guess.

Secondly. I just finished my bottle of recreate defenitely noticed some thinning out but think you would have to run two bottles to make a serious change.

Maurice if you wanna get the weight loss outta the AP you might try under-carbing it a lil. I think the recommended intake is 50 grams or so per dose of AP. I tried to go 30 or 40 and lost a lot of fat with it that way. This was pre-recreate so if u run lower carbs on the AP/Recreate stack u should have awesome results.

Just my two cents...

good point, i have been doing anywhere from 30 - 60g of carbs 4x a day, and only on 3 pills.
I do my BF with one pill prior. Lunch is a no pill (salad and wheat bread almost always). Pre workout is oatmeal with protein powder mixed in but a pill before.
Post workout protein shake with 2% milk.
Pill
Dinner (variable)

Let me try cutting some carbs....I just hope I don't lose all the strength I got in a short time.
