ax superdrol for sale or how to get busted?

Before the quick edit about reading the rules, this is a question about legality, and I figured my catchy title might get some response from someone who might really know the answer. Im in the middle of an argument, and I need someone to clear this up. A buddy of mine has a couple of bottles of original ax superdrol, he had a bad cycle, and he swears he will never use it again, some folks had bad sides, so thats understandable. I told him he could probably get 100 bucks a bottle for it easy, but hes under the impression that if he trys to sell it he will be breaking the law. As with board policy, I would never encourage illegal activity, but I keep telling him that there are plenty of places selling superdrol clones right now, but he thinks because ax got that letter from the fda that if he puts his stuff up on craigs list he might get a visit from the feds. Can anyone really clear up this answer, would he be breaking the law if he tried to sell it? And if so, how are there still a few places selling the original superdrol for like 150 bucks a bottle not getting busted? If Im wrong, Im man enough to admit it, but Im confused and dont want to give him bad advice. Any legitimate replys would be appreciated.

Its just been discontued by the manufacturer. Its not a scheduled compound.

Haha, not a bad idea, charge him a finders fee, lol, but seriously, thanks for the replys, this is what I have been telling him, maybe I should just agree with him, and scare him into giving them to me, hahaa, that would be so douche.
