So I ordered one bottle of recreate during the IC release. I have not recieved it yet. This is by no means USP's fault, I called to cancel my order(after argument with wife), and the cancel never happened, then my wife says it doesnt matter that I ordered it, and after bugging the crap out of jacob (Sorry) My order is resent. See...my own fault I havent recieved it. I was 100% satisfied by the fact they would still ship me some, and received my new tracking number on the 14th. Well this morning I received an email from jason. This email informed me of the reshipment, and that my package would include an extra bottle of recreate. Yes one free bottle for me being a pain in their ass.
So far my experiences with USP have been great. Always willing to answer the same questions over and over, explaining their products with exceptional knowledge of not only the product but how they act within the body. Seems like a no brainer that people should be able to do that, but there are companies that cant/dont for whatever reason.
Jacob, and everyone at USP I want to say thank you. You have gone above and beyond once again. I feel kind of bad recieving a free bottle from you because I created problems for you. I hope that the future sees you expanding your line to the point I can buy all my supps from yall.
