I would recommend capping it. As for daily dosing, I would say not more than 1g/day, split into 2-3 doses. I would recommend 3x300mg or 2x450.
And capping it is the most convenient and easy way, if you have access to a capping kit. As a warning, 400mg*50 caps doesn't fill them fully, so don't forget to use a filler like whey, flour, etc.
