If you dose Recreate..

..at the times that you do cardio, only, would this cause a greater fatloss for that cardio session?

The reason I ask this is because I dont have to much fat to lose to be pretty close to being my leanest ive ever been. But I kinda wanna still keep all my size maybe even just gain a tad. So I was gonna diet and just do 2-3 days of HIT cardio a week alongside my 6/day hst split.

Should I be able to do this without dropping my calories much lower, since im adding cardio + recreate?

Also if you think you have a better idea how to dose this while trying to lose bf and keep all size?.... also I take AP, Powerful, Pslin, Drive, and DTH daily.
 
If it doesn't decrease your appetite to severely it should work wonderfully for adding a bit of lbm. I'd dose it as directed.
 
Taking the proper dosage is the best way to drop that last bit of BF, and once you lose the last bit you can either come off the Recreate or just up your cals a bit.

As for increasing fat burning if you take it right before, I'd say yes to a slight degree because caffeine and the other actives will be at their peak, and there's research showing how atleast caffeine lets you burn a bit more energy. But Recreate has many more long-time effects, like apetite suppression and cortisol control that will help with getting those last few lbs off. I think a few session of HIIT + weights (+ the recreate and maintenance or slightly below cals) should be adequate to get you free of those last few lbs.
 
I will be using Recreate year round to keep fat off in the off season and to get shredded for contests and spring/summer.....It's the best of both worlds bro:djparty:

That definately sounds appealing to me. But how do you plan on dosing it while you attempt to keep the fat off in the off season. This is pretty much what I plan on using it for, except I am attempting to lose a bit of bodyfat rather than simply keep it off.

Do you guys think keeping my calories at maintence while adding cardio and recreate I will be able to lose about 5-10 lbs of fat mass while retaining all my muscle and maybe even gaining a bit? I also plan to megadose bcaas throughout the day.

Yes take it 30 minutes pre cardio or workout. I always plan a dose pefore a workout.

Would i keep cals at slightly above maintence and just use my supps as usual while adding in a bit of cardio ( which i dont do currently)? Im trying to get rid of the little fat i have left while still gaining a bit more lean mass... i know how hard it is to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time but im just wondering about how you guys think i should go about it.

But you'll be cycling on and off right, not just never coming off? I was thinking sorta the same thing, a month on a month off all the time regardless of "other" things being introduced.

I would eat directly above maintenance ~250kcals above. While the law of thermodynamics dictates that to lose weight energy in < energy out, all the products you mentioned will affect lipid, protein, and carbohydrate metabolism, qualitatively effecting how energy is being used:

AP/P-Slin - vastly increase the efficiency of carbohydrate metabolism, as well as regulating genes which regulate lipid metabolism (carbs have less net effect on fat, more net effect on muscle)

ReCreate - almost too much to mention here, but suffice to say every type of macro is used more efficiently (c'mon, you got thyroid regulation, gluccorticoid antagonism, andrenergic activity)

As for the rest, I am not versed in those!

Not before then. It's such a novel compound that we've decided to go with independent studies to determine exact MOA, and to refine the extract. This particular ingredient admittedly does not have a 'ton' of data behind it, so we're footing the bill to provide that.
