Costco's Kirkland's is equal in quality and cost.
Do you happen to know anybody that has a membership? Just ask them to pick you up some. Or what I've done is I go in (just walk to the returns counter), then go into the store and bring something to the checkout and just pay somebody in line in cash. It's what I've done when I ran out of egg whites and didn't have a Costco card. I wish I could give you an ETA on the fish oil but don't have that info yet, sorry!Only 2 problems with that are
1) I don't really want to spend 60 bucks to sign up
2) There isn't one very close to me.
It may come down to that, though and I wont have a choice.
Nutra is out and I need some very soon.
Any ideas for me?
NOW Flax seed oil.
flax and fish aren't the same. both omega 3's but from what i understand there is some differences.
Flax oil gives you Omega-3 Precursors (Linolenic Acid) that need to be converted by your body into DHA and EPA. It is more efficient to just get your DHA and EPA from fish oil.
