poseidon question --- wife's legs become blotchy?

Just curious as to what in the Poseidon would cause this. I'm a big fan of poseidon so I turned the wife onto it. She has a nerve condition which she takes medication for. Anyhow, when she gets out of the shower, or when she gets over heated her legs get blotchy and/or red from being overheated. She has been taking poseidon for about a week now and she just brought it to my attention that soon after she takes it she notices her legs get that blotchy red look, as if there is increased blood flow (?). It's my understanding that niacin has that effect on blood vessels, allowing them to relax, thus allowing better blood flow to all regions of the body....

Is it the niacin that is causing this, or is it something else in particular in the poseidon complex that would cause this?

No worries, GA. Poseidon will cause blotchy skin do to the niacin content. Remember, Poseidon is great for your central nervous system, and will be very beneficial to your wife because of her situation. If it bothers her, just drink it with a meal to dull the uptake and release of the niacin.
 
Yeah man first time i took a supp with niacin int it (dialene 4) it looked like i had a rash all over my body! And i felt pretty warm as well. Is it just her legs? I think she'l be fine. Perhaps she could halve the dose and see if the same thing happens.
 
Yea its the niacin flush man. I should take a picture of what i look like after my morning dose :eek:

should be fine but if she does not like it(the redness should dissipate shortly after she gets it..) you can just take it with some food and/or lower dose.

Does that include me?:D

Try the food idea, or cutting her normal servings in half to help acclamate her to the niacin content.
