Bassgod's Mass Xxxplosion Cycle!!

I used the free one that you sit into and thought I was on death's door step because I got such a high reading. The pharmacist pulled out an electronic one with an upper arm cuff and all was good. Apparently my arm is too big to get a popper reading on the free one. I asked him a couple of time to repeat himself because I liked hearing that my arm was too big! lol Just something to keep in mind cause I'm sure all you guys have big arms so don't freak out if the reading is high on the free BP machine.

That is a very good point FOO!! I used to check my own BP at home with a regular sized cuff on the machine and I was always tripping about how high it was!! One day I was telling my mom who's a nurse And she straightened me out!! She got me a larger sized cuff from her work and when I checked it with that one it was Waaaayyyyy lower. So good point my fried....Repetitions for yu!!!!!!!!

X2 for this scenario!! Same thing happened to me at Wal-Mart. My arms are 18 and 3/4" cold and 19 and 1/2" pumped. I liked to have never got my arm into it in the first place. Well, it wasn't really IN it all the way. I couldn't get my arm deep enough into it. So the machine probably won't be accurate for some of us behemoths.:thumbsup:

OOPS! My bad bro's! I apparantly forgot that we are all bodybuilder's and are jacked :) Yea, if your arms are larger than about 16 inches I believe, the readings are flawed. It may be a bigger inch amount, but it's somewhere around there.
 
DAY 25: Delts/Traps

Had a so-so workout today. I was EXHAUSTED! I was dumb last night and did not get home and get to sleep until 5am this morning. I had the day off today, so I chilled over at the woman's house for a while last night. I DEF did not plan to stay out that late. Maybe 12am at the latest. Stupid me! I woke up at like 11am this morning, so that's only 6hrs of sleep as opposed to my usual 8 or 9. I'm going to make up for it by eating a sh!t load of food and make today a cheat day:food: I'll also go to bed earlier tonight and try to get 10hrs of sleep. Anyways, on to the session. I did some shoulder stretches and warmed up with some light smith machine military presses. I will never use the smith machine for these again btw. The warm ups were all I did on that. I just could not get in the right position to where i'm pushing the bar straight up. It was too far in front of me, so I said "fkuck it." I started my first set with seated DB military presses at 45x9 for 3 sets. I decided to go a little lighter on the weights today, in hopes that my shoulders will be better recovered for chest day. After seated mil presses, I did seated arnolds at 45x10 for 3 sets. I noticed that prior to starting my cycle, I could only do arnolds at 5lbs lighter than my weight I used for seated mil presses. Now however, I can do the same weight for both :) After arnolds I started working the traps a bit. I did standing cable upright rows at 150x6 for 3 sets. A new PR for me! :head: Then I did standing front raises at 25x10 for 3 sets and lifted them almost straight up to put more of an emphasis on the traps. From there I went to seated lateral raises. I did my first set of these at a measley 20lbs and my shoulders hurt VERY bad! Needless to say, I didn't do any more sets of those. I took a break for about 5min to give my delts time to rest and went to standing lateral raises at 25x6 for 3 sets. My shoulders didn't really hurt that much doing these, but they were still a little sore from the bent over laterals. To finish off my workout, I did standing DB shrugs at 80x6 for 3 sets. All in all it wasn't terrible workout, but I yawned like 25 times and just felt really burnt out. I still managed to somehow set a new PR though :think:
 
I wonder if your ability to still set a new page ranking has anything to do with the p-plex or m-tst??? :think::think::think:

Ha! I spoke to my grandmother thinking maybe she would have a cuff and she does, so I'll just borrow hers for the cycle. And awesome job bass! Usually when I'm burnt out like that my strength is in the toilet, so the pheras got you under control man!

I can't completely come down on you man. We're all prone to temptation. Even old guys like me. I get wound up and wanna play late into the night. We just can't make it a regular habit. Have to put a time schedule on sex, just like training, taking supplements, eating at the right times, etc,etc... Mostly, have freaking fun. We're only on this mud-ball one time!!!:head:

The only thing I can say for certain, is that I used Nitro-Tech Hardcore and put on 20 pounds of rock solid muscle in 3 days!!! I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to get huuuuuuuuuuuuuge!!!

I actually like the taste of cycle support bass.I got the chocolate and just drink it by itself.It's a bitter sweet type of thing,and I actually like it.I wouldn't drink it for the flavor......but you get my point.I also put the 1 carboxy in my mouth and then drink some water.It's not so good,but not too bad.Funny thing is NO shotgun made me puke many times!

The 1-carboxy has an acquired taste. I used to do what you're doing and take it with a spoon and water. Now I cap it and any time I burp a little while after taking it, a big powder cloud of 1-carboxy comes out, lol. I've never used NO Shotgun, but VPX Redline RTD's don't taste too bad. They're not too god either, but they're not awful, lol.

NO shotgun smells good,but taste horrible!They have a new flavor but I heard it's nasty too.A guy at my gym bought some and then gave it to the guy that recomended it to him.I would just stay away from it.Ebergy was nice a couple times,but it died.It actually made some of my wo's harder to get through from being sick or feeling run down.The guy at my gym told me this without me telling him it did it to me.I don't know if the run down feeling was a crash or what.......It sucks.I love xlevol though.Thats some good stuff!

Is xlevol a powdered drink or what? is it an N.O. product also, or just a pre-wo energy supp? You RAVE about that stuff, so it must work very well. Actually, now that I think about it, i'll stop making newb remarks and just google it real quick, lol. :type:

A guy told me he liked R4W better than RPM.But you wont know till you try it.I would look into hemadraulix.I have heard mostly good things.One guy said it would change the way you look at pre wo supps.One guy said it seemed to wear off after a while.But all will get used to a supplement.Thats why I want to find one to switch back and forth with.I might buy some hemadraulix cause I have to buy something from NP anyways,and use it after cycle.I don't want to try it now due to the great pumps i'm already getting.Xlevol last a while too using on wo days.I don't go past 1.5 scoops,and theirs 38+(thats what it says)I use creatine mono too to still get creatine on off days.

Hmmm, i'll look into hemadraulix and maybe get that along with rpm to alternate during PCT. Those those plus my DTH would make for a pretty bada$s PCT IMO. I use AST Micronized creatine, so i'm good in that department. Pre WO energy supp + natty T booster + creatine + N.O. product = 1 awesome Bassgod PCT LOL.

Oh it's delivering great androgenic effects alright. REDICULOUS acne!! I'm thinking about dropping it because of this. The pumps are still great and the aggression/focus has been lacking, but as you've read, i haven't had real focused sessions recently. So it's hard to say really. I am seriously contemplating dropping the TST though, since the phera is kicking in. I can't deal with this acne any longer. It's BAD. There are 2 spots on my back that are literally the size of a quarter! The ones on my face refuse to go away. This just started again the other day. It was clearing up for a while. I also stopped the B5 because I haven't had the time to sit down and do some capping, but I am actually going to do that right now.

Yea, this was my way of thinking also. Add it back into the equation when the SD lethargy hits. The effect is still there, it's just that i've been slacking in the mental part of my training recently due to girls, other people jacking my machines and me getting pissed about it, being tired from staying up too late, etc. ALL that is OVER with now though. No more fkucking slacking! Time to go back to the hardcore mentality I had when I first started the cycle. Training and gaining, that's all that matters mayne! Anything that interferes with my goals from here on out, will get ELIMINATED! Speaking of gaining, I need something to eat :food:


BASSGOD EDIT: One thing bro, eventhough you have clear skin, i'd pick up some java soap and bulk B5 powder. Literally EVERY M-TST log I have read, had people complainging about the bad acne. Many of them said it was boil-like. I agree, it is terrible. It won't be as bad with you, but I can guarantee your skin will get a lot more oily and break out at least some. B5 will stop your subcubaceous(sp?) glands from producing a lot of excess oil and the java is a superb exfoliant that scrubs away the dirt and oil that your glands DO produce.

Don't bother getting more than 1 bottle of RPM. I got 2 and am not impressed especially with all the hype. It's now in my "sh!t I will use if the post office goes on strike" pile. It's probably a good product on it's own but if you're already using something to boosts test then it's just an average stim. I did find it better than R4W.

As weird as it sounds, when I was on my Test prop\Anavar cycle, I used to scrub my back with Dawn dish soap. Because of this, I did not experience any sort of acne where I did in the past.
 
What's your designer/ph history bass?Also,i'm thinking about buying some hemadraulix.You looked into that anymore?

1 epi pulse for 8 weeks, 2 epi straight 4 weekers, 2 h-drol 5 weekers, 1 p-plex 4 weeker. Pretty limited, but I am the kind of person to research EVERYTHING for months before i'll cycle anything. My first epi cycle though, hahaha. That was funny. I knew nothing about ph's and it(web site ad) said you can pack on 10lbs of mass in 4 weeks. I thought it was a T booster, LMAO. I ran a 4 week cycle at 10/20/30/40 and gained those 10lbs and kept it, but I did NO conventional PCT. I ran a bottle of PCS and added Drive just because I wanted to try it out. I didn't get gyno and kept my gains, but I don't know what my bloodwork was like. Probably not the greatest, lol. We all live and learn though. Everything that I know now I have learned by working in the pharmacy, reading pharmacists school books, my CPhT books, CPhT classes, and this forum. I spend a rediculous amount of time on here and other forums researching literally everything, lol. As for the hemadraulix, nah, I haven't looked at it yet.

Hmmm, interesting. I've only heard of it being used in the eldery for better memory function. I'll have to do some research and maybe get some of this rather than use my X-Lean for cort control in PCT. Thanks for the PM btw, the hemo sounds very promising.
 
Just thought i'd let you guys know that my nips have been puffy the last few days. No pain, itch, lump, or sensitivity, but def puffiness. I'm going to wait it out until I add in the SD on Friday and see what happens.
 
Hey bassgod272, out of the cycles you listed which did you find the best & why? At one point you were telling me that you now prefer straight cycles to pulsing so I was also wondering what the reasoning for this was.

Another point about the acne - this's one of the biggest side effects of Phera. Having a androgenic vida rating# of 187 it's probably the most androgenic OTC hormone available so mixing it with the TST is like throwing gas on the fire. I'm thinking it'll be perfect with the low-androgenic dry PH/PS's like Super & Halo but with the Phera it may be double jeopardy. Something to think about bro. Great detailed log too - keep it up!
 
1 epi pulse for 8 weeks, 2 epi straight 4 weekers, 2 h-drol 5 weekers, 1 p-plex 4 weeker. Pretty limited, but I am the kind of person to research EVERYTHING for months before i'll cycle anything. My first epi cycle though, hahaha. That was funny. I knew nothing about ph's and it(web site ad) said you can pack on 10lbs of mass in 4 weeks. I thought it was a T booster, LMAO. I ran a 4 week cycle at 10/20/30/40 and gained those 10lbs and kept it, but I did NO conventional PCT. I ran a bottle of PCS and added Drive just because I wanted to try it out. I didn't get gyno and kept my gains, but I don't know what my bloodwork was like. Probably not the greatest, lol. We all live and learn though. Everything that I know now I have learned by working in the pharmacy, reading pharmacists school books, my CPhT books, CPhT classes, and this forum. I spend a rediculous amount of time on here and other forums researching literally everything, lol. As for the hemadraulix, nah, I haven't looked at it yet.

Just thought i'd let you guys know that my nips have been puffy the last few days. No pain, itch, lump, or sensitivity, but def puffiness. I'm going to wait it out until I add in the SD on Friday and see what happens.
Phera is a good strong androgenic/anabolic, but it bloats me too much and I hear too much of itchy, puffy nips. I don't want those!!Okay Bro, just another opinion from the THUNDERGOD:hammer: You might want to break out some of that tamox (or was it torem you have) for a week of maybe 20 mg. per day. This is small potatoes, but better to be safe rather than sorry for sure. I think you'll be fine, but do this for a week and report back to me. See if it goes down and improves. You'll probably hear a plethora of varying ideas though. Mine wouldn't hurt anything and may do the trick!!:head:
 
Hey bassgod272, out of the cycles you listed which did you find the best & why? At one point you were telling me that you now prefer straight cycles to pulsing so I was also wondering what the reasoning for this was.

Out of them all, i'd have to say that my 4 weekers of epi were the best. I WOULD say the pulse was the best, however I am not a fan of the severe hormonal fluctuations with pulsing. I don't like my hormones yo-yoing around. Acne was worse with my pulse than my straight cycles. Epi IMO is just the best compound available right now OTC. My libido is always sky hig when i'm on it, I gain nice strength, and some nice mass also. It's also so mild that the next time I run it, I will probably not use a SERM. I felt that I didn't need one during the last cycle of it that I ran, but used one anyway just to be safe. Research chems are not something you should be using "just to be safe" IMHO. The next time I use epi though, will be to kickstart an inj cycle :twisted: So I guess I take back that last statement and I WILL DEF be using a SERM next time I use epi, lol.
 
Another point about the acne - this's one of the biggest side effects of Phera. Having a androgenic vida rating# of 187 it's probably the most androgenic OTC hormone available so mixing it with the TST is like throwing gas on the fire. I'm thinking it'll be perfect with the low-androgenic dry PH/PS's like Super & Halo but with the Phera it may be double jeopardy. Something to think about bro. Great detailed log too - keep it up!

Yea, I guess I just didn't think it would be that severe, but I was def wrong. I'm dropping it from the cycle. I may add it back in later when i'm on SD alone, but we will see when the time comes.

Nah, i'm just going to wait it out bro. ANY hormone flux can cause puffy nips. Like I said, they don't itch, there's no pain, and no lump. They are just puffy. So, i'm just going to wait a few more days until I add in the SD and see what happens. I'm sure i'll be just fine. If it's etsro related, the SD will take care of that. If it's prolactin, the SD will take care of that also :) Thanks for the advice though bro. I'm just not trying to over complicate things.

Like I said in the above post, I think you'll be fine. Just trying to alleviate any worries you might have. You know "THE THUNDERGOD":hammer: has your back at all times Bro!! I'm still of the opinion that you and I (and a host of others) are using the kitchen-sink method when it comes to "on-cycle" ancillaries and support supps. And PCT is way over-kill these days. It's all of these companies telling us we need this and we need that, just to sell their crappy products. I've read numerous old threads of people on AAS cycles using just Milk Thistle, 6-oxo, and maybe some DHEA for PCT. I don't recommend that, but you get the idea. Why don't you and I spend some time over the next few days or weeks, (before we get to our PCT) and really study what is necessary for a safe PCT. I'll bet we're using too much and paying too much at the same time. Check out my overblown PCT for this MMV2 on my thread "MMV2=Meister-Mayhem-Violence 2 All Log"!! Way too much stuff, and I still have a lot of tribulus, avena sativa, nettle root, long jack, DIM, Calcium D-Glucarate, and Vitex (plus other stuff) I need to use up and not buy again. Most of this stuff is pure bunk. Oh well, live and learn. And here at AM, I'm learning all of the time!! I need your help on this one, let's get to studying!!:type: :study: :head:
 
about the hemodraulix check out the link in my sig if you havent i highly recommend it. the stuff lasts forever and i swear the workouts get a definate non stim boost. Youll like it and it should change your minds about NO products. It would be interesting to see someone stack it with xfactor or bulk AA.
 
I'm using nolva(20/20/10)and drive for my pct thundergod.I guess you could also say phosphatidyl serine for cortisol.Other things I always use of course,being that I always use them.I might keep using PS too though.One said you shouldn't use dhea during pct,so I might drop it at the start of pct.
