Bolt's USP and friends Log

No problem, it ends up being quite similar to J's method, just the Creatine and what not is placed differently. I am liking Poseidon as well, I had great endurance on my front squats today.

Nice i will try and then report back in this thread...and yes i love poseidon it has so many positive benefits
 
From what I can gather, Poseidon is some kind of pimped out electrolyte replacement supp???

Are you referring it to being overhyped(sorry i can't tell..)? If you are i would like to say it definitely is not and has a ton of benefits. I will be very honest with you and say when it first came out i was like this stuff looks over hyped and did not think it would do much...i then saw tons of great user feedback and decided to try it out. Noticed tons of effects from improved immune system, to sleep, clearer skin, etc just healthier.

It is more than just electrolytes and if you have any ?'s i will gladly answer. :)

Hi Bolt - from the product review I couldn't quite get the gist of it.

The ref to improved sleep, clearer skin etc sounds a bit like USP's PFull - Im a huge fan of that.

Current stack is Multi/AntiOx, FishOil, Drive, Carnotine, AP, PSlin - will be adding in Recreate when it arrives, drop the Carnotine.

If you have the time - any advice on how Posieden could fit in would be appreciated.

Hey man that is a really good looking stack you have going. I really like all those you have in there(haven't tried drive or recreate but both look great). The sleep effects of poseidon aren't as strong as powerfull but it has many great effects that go beyond just in the gym. Personally i try to get 3-6 scoops of it a day and it does not really matter when you take it as long as it is spread out. I try to get some immediately upon waking, a couple servings around my workout, and some later in the day around bed. If you end up getting some i will gladly lay out a nice dosing schedule based on your daily schedule.

Updates

-Well everything has still been going great with my stack. Strength gains have slowed, yet overall workout volume is still increasing so there is greater strength over the workout duration. I definitely feel beta alanine's effects growing and it is great.
-Weight has leveled off as well..i jumped up to ~175lbs but these last couple weeks i think i have leaned out while maintaining this weight. I say this as waste has slightly decreased again.
-I will be starting a new sponsored log on RPM/Neovar(thanks to strategicmove :thumbsup: ) as soon as my package arrives. I will post a link in here once i start it and i have held off due to keeping my new log from being congested over the first few pages(yes i am talking to all you other AN loggers ;) )
-I will most likely return to this log after my sponsored log to give a detailed review of recreate. Will still update this log weekly for those that wish to follow.​
