Ok with 500 bottles of Recreate on the verge of

shipping, lets here from those who bought it and what are your plans on using it? What are u stacking it with? What type of diet or nutritional plan are u using? Lets here your story
 
I believe Recreate says to take it 3 times each day. I'll be following that as directed. I'll be applying Thermo-glide in the AM and then PM. I'll use Atomic Meltdown when I go tanning. I'll probably also toss in DCP and/or Leviathan Reloaded.

Sounds like a killer badass stack right there.
 
I have actually been stacking it with androlean, the new product from DS but Ds's product is so strong that I cant sleep at night after taking the recomended dosage. Recreate isnt a stim so i dont think its a combo of the two but who knows.
 
what do you guys think about stacking it with Drive and RPM? Or is there anything better to stack it with?
 
2 weeks on, 2 weeks off with ephedrine hcl. Constant with DCP and Lean Xtreme. Yohimbine hcl is a maybe (only because I have too many laying around then I know what to do with).

Week 1: Dosed solo as directions on bottle.
Week 2: Up to higher dose (unless not needed)
Week 3: Add in RPM (potentially adde din middle of week 2)

Diet: True CKD with refeed every 6th day (AP + P-Slin on refeed days.)

Hopeful End Result: 7-8% bf.

Log: Hell Yes

I haven't tried Anabolic Pump, but would AP and Recreate stack well?

Another thought I had was maybe running a mild PH/PS such as H-drol.

I look forward to seeing more ideas within this thread.

AP and ReCreate would make an amazing stack (provided your diet is on track for AP.)

Are you already doing this with Ap and pslin? I am doing the AD and considered using it on weekends carb ups. I know it would do what it is supposed to, but I wasnt sure if it would be a waste to use it only 2 days a week.

Yea already doing it. I was talking to Kaleb (Mullet) about it and he said it does have a little better use when used consistently, but it still is amazing for refeeds. Also I had been using the AP straight for about two months so the once a week is a nice way to keep my body fresh with it. I highly recommend the AP and P-Slin with carb ups.

2 P-SLIN + 3-4 Recreate per day. I'll start with 2 before breakfast and 1 pre workout and move to two pre workout like I did before. My diet basically protein stays the same and I've dropped carbs down from 120g brown rice(main carbs for the day) to 40-80 depending on the day. Pre workout carbs stay the same which is 70-80g oats depending on my workout for the day.

I do cardio post workout for 30 mins 4 times per week and weights I'm always sweating quite a lot even without Recreate so that'll give you an idea of my intensity levels. I've found even without Recreate I'm slowly losing the fat this way but when I had Recreate before it was much faster.

Every now and then I'll have 1-2 RPM pre workout if I'm feeling tired that day. That's enough of a stim for me because I don't ever take stims except occasionally.

If I had AP I'd be taking that throughout the day as well.

Drive + Recreate would be OK assuming you can tolerate that much forskoliin because they both have it.

how have you been dosing it if you dont mind me asking?i just started adrenalean and i'm loving it so far.i got recreate coming too so i would love to see the possibilities of stacking the two.
 
I'm thinking I'll will be able to handle a strong dose. I'll start 2x2, but will probably go 3x3 or 2x2x2. I may stack it with napalm, and/or a good test booster. Any idea where I could find one? ;)

Recreate/Drive/RPM should make a great stack. The only watch out would be the total amount of caffeine in Recreate and RPM. You might take your full Recreate doses and use only half RPM. Others might suggest Forslean (Forkolin) as a possible watch out between Recreate and Drive. I would not worry, if total forskolin use is below 120mg - 150mg daily. Personally, I take extra forskolin when I use Drive or Lean Xtreme, sometimes up to 60mg forskolin per dose.
To summarize, Recreate/Drive/RPM should be fine. If need be, cut your RPM dosage by half. You should still see significant synergy!
 
I will be running it for 8 weeks with drive at 6 a day, IGF2 at the recommended dosage for my size, Napalm 3 pumps twice a day I believe and Sesamin. I will be starting it after my PCT at which time I would have been on drive to 4 weeks already so should be ok for Forskolin intake. Actually I will take a week off after PCT. I'll log it should be interesting.
 
I'll be stacking Recreate, Anabolic pump, And blue up for about 4 weeks, I'm hoping to lean out a little bit and maybe add 1or 2lbs of muscle.
 
epi/furazadrol/androxtremeD weeks 1-6


YG/Recreate/sesamin weeks 3-12 (at least)

Napalm and DCP will most likely be added someplace also.

to avoid any confusion i'll be starting pct week 7 but will stay on recreate etc, and at this point probably add DCP and Napalm

I've been doing 2 in the AM followed by 2 around 3 PM and the appetite suppression and fat loss without the jitters is incredible..

Stacking with AP 3 times per day and dieting feels like a joke!!!!!

That would be good, even though Recreate is anti-catabolic, you can never be TOO anabolic :)
