2 cups whole milk, 2 scoops whey 2-3 whole eggs 1cup malto, 1 tbsp smart balance oil. 3 grams fiber.
 
5 frozen strawberries, 1 ice cube, 1/4 cup Cottage Cheese, 1/4 cup dry oats, water, 1 heaping scoop any flavor of Gaspari Intra-Pro

2 cups water, 1 cup plain yogurt, 1 cup frozen strawberries or blueberries, I small ripe banana, 1 scoop of greens powder, 1 scoop of creatine, 2 scoops of vanilla egg or whey protein, 1 tablespoon of flax oil.
 
40 grams protein (2 scoops)
1 cup oatmeal
1 tbs dehydrated berry mix
1 tbs dehydrated vegetable mix
1 gram creatine monohydrate
20 grams dehydrated sweet potato
500 mg choline bitarate'
700 mg Piracetam
