Hi I am going to be starting an epistane cycle in 2 weeks and this is my first ph. I was wondering is there a certain type of workout routine I should follow that would optimize my muscle gain while on cycle?
Focus on one body-part per day,take 2 days off for recovery. Im no expert but its been working great for me , bulkn right now an put on 20 pounds so far in 1.5 months
