dcp dosing

ya that is what i was doing. i didnt know if it would be better to do more doses throughout the day before all meals but at a lower dose instead of just before three meals.
 
If you are doing 10 then I would do three in the am before you eat and 4 before workout and three at night.
 
Whats the opinion on what is more important to follow, x number of caps 30 minutes before a meal per day, or x number of caps per day. I saw someone post about taking it right before bed, so thats without a meal. And I dont want to do 3 or 4 at a time, so if I wanted to spread it out, but happened to take some DCP and not eat afterwards, like before bed, or a couple of hours before next meal, would it diminish the effectiveness.

I agree with what already been said by atom and crader. Take (3)capsules-30 minutes before meal in the am. Take (4)capsules-30 minutes before training. Take (3)capsules-30minutes before meal in the afternoon/early evening. Now this pattern may need to be altered to accomodate when you work out, but the general concept of the dosing protocol holds true.

If your diet is clean you can spread the doses out. I myself take two before bed. It will not diminish the effectiveness.
 
Why are you recommending 10 caps and they while the bottle states 6 caps a day? Is this supplement underdosed? Is there any scientific evidence supporting these dosages?
 
nobody is not recommending it. i am megadosing it and was wondering the best way to do it. its not underdosed

We absolutely recommend you start at the standard 6 caps/day dosing. The 6 capsules/day dosing will yield fantastic results. Some people have experiemented with dosing to find what works best for them. Most users see amazing results at the standard recommended dosing regardless.
