I'm in. I have an elbow injury that Im rehabbing. If it doesnt clear up .Ill think Ill give USP Labs Cissus a try.

Ive tryed palo alto incarnate , which did work.

the 9.99 cissis from Np worked ok

the 50 % from Np didnt do much if anything. Im disappointed , as the main reason i got it was for my joints.

Right now Im on a rahab program by Larry Scott. Its gradually getting better; however I work outside as my money job doing physcialy work that has put severe stain on my left elbow in the past.

also lifting weights.

I'm still with us.

I took a much needed day off and a refeed on SuperBowl Sunday.

Picked right back up on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday working back into a deficit.

I have not used my Lipo-U with cap these last few days. This morning I started up my newest bottle of Napalm w/cap. I will be running this for 10 days or so and may switch it up with Napalm and clen the last 10 days or run it all Napalm w/cap depending upon my response. Response was very good with Lipo-U and cap (better than clen). Based on this experience I am optimistic that the Napalm w/cap will be as effective if not more so. Either way I will likely then wrap it up with the last several days of Lipo-U is still have.

I still run the PowrFULL at 2 pre workout and or 2 pre cardio.

I am still running the Cissus at 1g cap x 4 pre meals.

I am still running the Dopa at 1g x 3 at bed time.

I am contemplating my taper down on some supplements and planning for my transition into maintanence. This will probably begin at the end of this next four weeks.

I have my preliminary plans for my very lean maintanence workout cockail. It has been ebing discussed in an other thread bt I will mention it here too.

Pre and post workout:

30mins pre - 1/2 cap P-Slin
11.5g Xtend BCAA/5g Leucince/5g Beta-Alanine/2.5g mono/10-20g WMS

Last set - 1/2 cap P-Slin
11.5g Xtend BCAA/5g Leucince/5g Beta-Alanine/2.5g mono/10-20g WMS

I will be experimenting with the dose of P-Slin and the amount of WMS. I will be experimenting with this same stack using various amounts of AP and Yellow Gold to determine what I like best and or until I tune in my sweet spot.

30mins pre - 1/2 cap P-Slin
11.5g Xtend BCAA/5g Leucince/5g Beta-Alanine/2.5g mono/10-20g WMS

Last set - 1/2 cap P-Slin
11.5g Xtend BCAA/5g Leucince/5g Beta-Alanine/2.5g mono/10-20g WMS
1/2 of a cap? Can you clarify how you will do this?

Hey,

Sorry for the delayed reply. My work PC and or it's internet security is causing me trouble reading and posting.

I plan on opening one cap and splitting it in half, either by eye, or with my .000mg scale.

Couple things: I have issues at work with either my PC or the firewall. I am having issues with threads loading fully and the ability to post and moderate. This is only at work.

Unless I am on the clock at $35/h internet message board posting dividends are really not panning out. Most of my activity on the board has often been at work for the above mentioned reason. At home there are plenty of things to keep me busy these days. Message board posting dividends depreciate even further when I am chosing them over my family.

I just love it when things fall right into place the way you want them to when you want them to.

The after the SuperBowl Sunday refeed carried on into the end of the week. It opened up a bunch of food cravings that had been under control. The night binging was an issue. The binging is under control now for the most part still with some struggles at night.

The up side to that was that I timed a new split into this refeed which broke my bp's up a bit differently and allowed for some more intensity and less volume. It swelled me up quite a bit. I'm still hold a little extra water weight from the binging.

I am all out of PowerFULL capsules. It is not cost effective for me to buy a bottle that will last me 15-20 days. I cannot get it in bulk right now so I will be dropping the PowerFULL until at which point I can get some bulk PureSap or bulk PowerFULL.

I will continue to use the PureDopa at bed time. I may add some in pre workout and pre cardio.

Still using the SuperCissus Rx at 4g/d. There is really little to mention anecdotally right now. More of the same.

I am several days into a bottle of Napalm that will last me 20 days. So basically there is about 16 days left of Napalm. After that there are about 4-6 days left of Lipo-U that I have saved to wrap the topical cycles up for the season. So this leaves me about another 3 weeks or so at dieting.

With that comes the dose downgrading of several supplements, primarilly stimulant related, and the deletion of some others all together. This ramp will be taking place in about 2 weeks. At that point I will transistion into a maitnenance mode for several weeks that may run into months or more. I have some very cool ideas up my sleeve with the use of BCAA/Leucine/BA/WMS/P-Slin/AP/YG that will make for a very anabolic maintenance. My shopping cart is loaded :)

I am hopefull that things work out soon with bulk PowerFULL or PureSap because I will really miss it :(

Thanks for the update, B!

Your maintenance supplement list sounds very promising - you should yield some incredible results from them.

Short update.

I'm posting from work and there is still firewall and security issues that slow to snag my connection. Anyway, here goes.

I have been busy...in a good way. Got a huge remodel project slowly under way. I have been researching floor materials and bought 900sqft of tile. Prior to that I pulled all the vinyl and carpet that needed to be removed.

Valentine's Day gift for wife and self were some long over due couch end table lamps.

My workouts this last week have been split differently as I mentioned previoulsy. I split the upper into two days.

Because of being busy and performing some manual labor (scraping vinyl unloading 900sqft tile, thin set and grout) I have been a bit physically tired. I have slacked a bit on my cardio this last week.

My diet is still holding together. I am having a hard time with night bingeing. I am able to keep it from doing to much if any damage because my daytime diet is still low enough that if I fall I am still at worst case at maintenace. This next couple days I will be working my diet out to allow for more whole foods during the day so I am not starved at night and bed time. I am working into maintenance right now.

I will be keeping my three days cardio (T,F,S) for a while because those are work days and i already spend 13 hours away from home, one more hour on the treadmill is not going to make or break the day.

I have placed an order for Xtend, Leucine, Beta-Alanine, Yellow Gold and creatine mono. I will be doing my experimenting with those and AP, P-Slin within the next couple weeks once all my supplies are in. I am excited about this.

In the meantime I am ramping down on many things. The GTE, Y, and E need to be tapering down. The Sesamin will reamin but at a gradually lowered dose. The CLA is about gone.

The Napalm is slated to run about another 12-13 days. I will follow that up with the last couple days of Lipo-U. By then I will have my maintenance diet and training plan worked out. I have seen the Napalm already being helpful keeping my rebound very very slight. Already the added calories have filled me out nicely.

I think as long as I can keep my three days of cardio in tact I will be able to transition out of this diet and into a LBM maintenance/recomp without a hitch.

I am out of PowrFULL and I notice it :(

I am still taking the SuperCissus and the PureDopa as outlined.

Don't know how much I'll post. I am getting into my house remodel and sitting at a computer on my day off with my free time is not very productive.

I've got credit to draw and debt to grow. :)

Thanks for the update, B!

Got to love the remodeling work. I recently put slate tile in all my bathrooms and even went ceiling to floor in the newly remodeled showers. I call it, "the rain-forest of happiness," because I put two shower heads on both sides, and a special head in the middle. I remodeled the kitchen with marble countertops and different sized stone tiles on the floor.

Anyway, sorry for the hijack - I love pimping my house myself.

Update when you can!

I love remodel work too. Thing is, money and time run out before inspiration does. Motivation is high right now so I am trying to take advantage of it while it is here.

Another side note: insurance claims representative/adjuster is ready to settle our accident claim (back in June). We have accrued $11500 in medical bills as a result of my wife's physical therapy treatment for whiplash, neurology work for increased intensity and frequency of migranes as well as some MRI's and X-Rays, scripts, etc. Settlement in the $35,000 range looks doable. He is motivated and I'll be ruthless. That would put us out of debt and buy us an all inclusive vacation to top it off.

Fogrot to mention: I have noticed in the last week or two a more full feeling or a feeling of more density in the tendons in areas of atrophy in my tricep. Primarily where the lateral head connects with the (elbow) tendon as well as where the medial head connects with the (elbow) tendon. I have noticed a fuller look and feel and it does not look nearly as atrophied even in the cold and relaxed state. Progress is happening.

Quick, brief, update.

Well I have moved from dieting/cutting to maintenance. What a relief. Yet the anxiety that comes with returning to ones endomorphic set-point is not always a welcome status. I'll fight it all the way ;)

Quick summary of my diet season results:

Start/Finish

Weight: ~205lbs/185lbs - less 20lbs
Stomach: ~36.5"/32.75" - less 3.75"
Waist/Under Obliques: ~38"/33.25" - less 4.75"
Hips/Ass: ~41"/38" - less 3"

Current:

Weight: 190lbs
Stomach: ~34.25"
Waist/Under Obliques: ~35"
Hips/Ass: 38" (very significant)

I did a lot of cardio with lots of topicals and it paid off well. I lost a lot of fat off my ass, thighs and hips. My hips/obliques area leaned out very nicely so that I can see them even when I am a little wetter now that I am eating more loosely and less disciplined.

I dieted down until my new 34" 550's were fitting very loosely at my hips with only a pinch around the waist. I have managed to put back on 5-7lbs of water and glycogen weight and still fit very comfortably into the 34"s. This is huge for me to be 190lbs+ and slipping into my 34"s comfortably.

I'm going to run a loose diet for a week or more until I get some more much needed rest.

I have all the tile down that I am going to lay down for now. I have only grout work to do. This has taken me several weeks of off days to do and I am spent. I slacked off on my cardio because the leg work needed for the tile work was killer on me and just enough to exhaust the little energy I had left for cardio.

We could say that I am on a maintenance hold with a hint of damage control slipped in where ever needed.

Presently using:

1 cap AP (old version) 30 mins prior pre work out drink.
12.5g BCAA/7g leucine/3g BA/2.5g mono/15g WMS
1 cap AP (old version) last set (15-30 mins pre post work out drink).
12.5g BCAA/7g leucine/3g BA/2.5g mono/15g WMS

With all the home projects I have had going on my capping has slacked off a bit so I have been scooping my Cissus and Dopa for dosing. I finally just capped a bunch last night.

Dosing will be as follows:

Workout days:
Pre workout - 1 cap AP/1g Cissus/1g Dopa (missing my Sap)
12.5g BCAA/7g leucine/3g BA/2.5g mono/15g WMS
Post workout - 1 cap AP
12.5g BCAA/7g leucine/3g BA/2.5g mono/15g WMS

1 cap AP - pre one more carb meal
1g Cissus x 2-3 pre meals
1g Dopa x 1-2 pre meals
1-2g Dopa - pre bed.

Off Workout/Cardio days:
Pre Breakfast - 1 cap AP/1g Cissus/1g Dopa (missing my Sap)
12.5g BCAA/7g leucine/3g BA/2.5g mono

1g Cissus x 2-3 pre meals
1g Dopa x 1 pre meals
1g Dopa x pre cardio
1-2g Dopa - pre bed.

Anecdotally the new pre/post workout stack has me pumped very well. My workout intensity is improved with very good mind and muscle connection and very prodcutive training. The only issue I have is that the mono always puts water on my love handles. I may rotate the mono in and out every 4-6 weeks just for experimentation purposes. When the mono is out I may up the BA as I am feeling no tingle and want to see what an additional 2.5g of BA will add to the stack when I drop out the mono.

There is really no means to quantify the effectiveness of the Super Cissus and my tendon health. I do notice continued and improved thickness and density in the tendon area of question. I have been hitting my triceps pretty hard with volume work and it has been doing just fine. In the next couple weeks I will be transitioning into a cycle of more heavy training with some less volume. It is my hope that this periodization will spurt some new tissue (tendon and lbm) growth.

One comment about PowerFull (or PureSap) that I would make is that regardless of whatever test elevation there may or may not be (whether it LH or what have you) from PureSap, since I have discontinued its use I notice a decrease in the tremendous sense of well being that PureSap promotes for me. I miss it and am anxiously awaiting the ability to procure some bulk PureSap so I can re-introduce it to my supplement protocol.

I don't know what else to mention. For those who have expressed an interest in my progress or status...I appreciate it! :D

Bobo, sounds like you literally worked your a$$ off!

I'm curious about your current thinking about all the various anabolics discussed on these boards. Have you ever used them? Would you use any now? With all your experience and knowledge I'm curious about your mature perspective.

Now that I have my materials capped I am back to a more regular schedule with dosing. The Super Cissus is doing its business with frequent urination. This of course means I have been handling my penis much more frequently that I already do.

I am pumped, full, vascular and liking it. :)

How is the remodeling going?
I laid the first 400 sqft of tile. It was fun and very labor intensive. I did the foye, bar, dining room and kitchen. There were a few intersects that I could not pull of without borders so I havd some fun with geometry and border designing and cutting. I have only to grout it now. That is one whole area of my house where I have a lot of detail work like lighting, french door, countertops and other finish work to do. So I will do the balance if the flooring in the hall, hall bath and master bath when I am ready to buy toiltes and vanity counters and new fixtures and lighting and take on that project.

I remember why I stopped using creatine and especially mono. It swells me up but I get a little wet and it smooths me out more than I like. It especially sits on my love handles, which after dieting down to see vascularity in my abs and obliques it has a way of upsetting me a bit. I'll use it for a few more weeks and then drop it out.

I'm gonna be in a hold state of body composition for the next couple weeks. I am going to do some deconditioning work this upcoming week. Then the following week is going to be a complete week off. It's spring break. I will be seeing MatchBox20 on Monday the 17th (St. Patricks day) with my wife and daughter. It's an outdoor venue and the weather in AZ is fabulous. Then on Tues, Wed, Thurs the wife and I are traveling up to Prescott and we are going to stay in an historic 1903 hotel. Then when I get done I'll be putting an 8 week commitment to one more burst of intensity and conditioning and leaning before I cruise for the summer.

I hope the Cissus has been working as well for you as it does for me. Although PowerFull does absolutely nothing for me (for whatever reason, I'm the all-time champion PowerFull "non-responder"), Cissus has now rescued me from debilitating elbow tendonitis for the second time. Gluc/Chond/MSM do nothing for me; Celadrin is only mildly effective; but Cissus eradicates the pain in a matter of days, and undeniably heals the injury in a matter of weeks, while I continue to lift. Amazing. I've said it before, and I'll say it again: Cissus is at the very top of my supp list, above even my multi.

I bought my guest bath's vanity at SAMS. Beautiful design. My wife loves it! Then instead of putting one long vanity with 2 sinks in the master bath, I bought 2 seperate vanities and put a make up lighted area in the middle for my wife. It took 2 weeks to do the project because I had to match the design of the vanities by hand. It was cool with me because I got to buy a bunch of awesome tools for carving/etc. Ha-Ha! Now it's yard time! LoL!

I figured you would appreciate this awesome edit. This truely should have been the trailor or the soundtrack for this movie. Enjoy!

OK?!?! It's like Ambien amnesia. You get up in the middle of the night, drive to 31 flavors, order a quart of hand packed, eat it in the car, and all the evidence left in the morning is that the hood of the car is warm and there is a pink spoon in the car's ash tray.

--> Invalid Link Removed <--

Here's the scoop.

We were rear ended very lightly several months back (I think it was June or July) on our way to church. The insurance company totaled out the car (it was not totaled) because they could. We were sitting on the fence about getting a new vehicle so we did. My petite wife has minor whiplash and symptoms of that nature that she was able to get treated for that ran a bill up to over $10k. I suppose I could have gone the same route but i already have a pre-existent neck issue and really didn't want the hassle. So everyone is fine. I'm just waiting to get paid :)

Did lots of tile work and I still have more to do.

Got very very lean....<10% for sure. That is very lean for me. The best part about being an endo that can find the will power and discipline to get lean is that when I get back to maintenance I grow like a fvcking weed. 5-10lbs of water and glycogen and I am all swelled up in all the good and right places and still wearing my skinny pants ;)

Insignificant update:

Pre injury I have been able at various times of BW do wide grip body weight pull-ups + 45lbs. I have been as heavy as 215 doing those for 8-10 no help.

After my injury i could do none because of the unequal strength on my left side. I mean i could literally not get myself straight up to the bar.

It is one year ago today since my injury.

Yesterday I successfully completed 3 sets of 8 of unassisted BW pull-ups. I have not tried them in forever. Weighing in at 190lb I am pleased that I have regained my mechanical stability and balance to be able to perform these again. They have always been a great marker of BW/strength ratio. I don't train to be strong but I like to have an indicator or sorts.

I am slowly transitioning into some bilateral work again. Unilateral work will still incorporated whenever and wherever possible. I have really enjoyed what I have learned about myself with this challenge.

Just completed my first week back from deconditioning.

I will be doing a new split with some new exercises.

Don't look for much cause there won't be much really...less maybe some IronMaiden YouTube clips...been into them lately for some reason.

These days I have little to no interest in logging or journaling.

So understand
Don't waste your time always searching for
those wasted years
Face up... make your stand
And realise you're living in the golden years

Alright...an installment.

I have been into a pulse like routine of trying to gain LBM without getting fat. So far so good. It is a challenge when I know my "work load" on some exercises is not as energy consuming because of my innability to move greater weight...right now. So I have done my best to replace working load weight with working load volume.

But things are getting much better :)

EX: Pre injury I could incline press 120lb BD for 4-6 when I was as heavy as 210-215lbs. At a BW of 195-200lbs I was still pushing 90's for 8-10+ reps at a good TUT temp.

Post injury: incline press with 20lb DB. Keep in my that my injury was unilateral. So my left side had absolutely no mechanical stability and very little to no muscle recruitment...at least not much if at all the target muscle.

3-24-08, one year post injury: Incline DB press with 65lbs for 12-15 reps. Keep in mind that these are done unilaterally. Meaning both DB get pressed up to the start position and only the left one does reps....go ahead and give that a try ;)

I have put back on nearly an inch on my left arm and lost 20lbs.

So back to the pulsing type of routine/diet.

I have chosen to commit more time to my family so I can invest myself in a thing or two a little more important that my physique (news flash....there are more important things, just step away from the mirror for a minute and you might be lucky enough to find that out too).

My work shift is Thurs, Friday, Saturday (3-12's) and Sundays (5-6 hours) with the possibility that the 3-12's could be 13's. I am hourly and get paid 40 for 36. So anything above 36 hours shifts to overtime.

I had been using those work days after work to get on the treadmill and cardio for an hour. There was no traing on those days with the exception of sometimes I would go in and train on Sunday afternoons.

I am no longer doing all that cardio on the off days and putting in a hour or two to make the overtime. I make more in 3 hours than my wife did in 20hrs working part-time out of the house...so I fired her. She is a tremendous caretaker and mother and much much more valuable to my family, house and home than any dollar she could make...well almost ANY ;)

So it kind of goes like this: (Sunday-optional) Monday, Tues, Weds at the gym in the AM.

Chest/Back/Core
Arms/Legs
Shoulders/Core

10-15 mins pre workout low intensity cardio
20-30 mins post workout HIIT cardio

Here is where it gets fun and inventive:

Chest/Back:
Low Incline DB Press (unilateral)
Left Arm Lat Pull Down
Slight Decline DB Press (unilateral)
Left Arm DB Row
Cable Crossovers (unilateral)
Left Arm Seat Cable Row

Arms/Legs:
Hammer Strength Dips (unilateral)
Hammer Curls or DB Curls (unilateral)
Tricep Cable Press Downs - Drastic Drop set for one Arm Press
Left Arm Cable Curls or Preacher Machine Curls
Leg Press*
Leg Curls
Calf Raises

Shoulders:
One Arm Cable Upright Row (bilateral)
Lateral Delt Raise Machine
Seated High Row Machine
Right Side DB Shrug**

* should not put any weight upon my shoulders for squating to avoid aggrevating and or further injuring my C7 disk
** my left side back (pull) work has put a little imbalance to my traps with a bit my hypertrophy on the left side. It has always been that way genetically. I am not really supposed to be doing and shoulder press work or shrugs so I go light with much focus on both eccentric, concentric and contraction.

EDIT: tried to post this yesterday from work but for some reason now my work PC has some new word screening software or setting that comes up on some threads and states that I cannopt view the page because of "banned words"

So I moved on to another PC at work this morning. I mean at $40/h I am more motivated to post than at free from at home.

I will add a bit more about my "pulsing" ideas regarding a few other aspects of my go forward plan.

Thread title is going to change too because it has become more than just a USPLabs product log.

So the pulsing idea is more of a calorie and nutrient ratio cycle than a pulsing.

On the three (or four) training days I will consume moderate carbs with most targeted around my training.

On the off days I will switch it back to a low carb (majority in my first meal of the day) with an increase in fat and protein.

This is working real well right now and I am getting ready to be more aggressive with my carbs on carb days and will see if the AP will keep me from fattening up. Additionally I am ramping up my protein just a bit for more calories across the week.

I also intent to pulse a very very potent anabolic product to remain unnamed. This one is ideal for pulsing for all of the right reasons.

hello b Great log,

you say you notice creatine mono isn't good for your obliques/love handles. Do you notice anything different with any other creatines(Gluc, cee tri,di-malate..etc)?

Nice log, B!
I seem to have missed it the first few times around.
Ahhh....come on. You know it's just me rambling.

I just change the name of it today so you may have seen it before but not recognized it today...or not. :)

You know, we live too close to each other to not have met up and gone out for lunch or dinner or something. Preferably on a free feed day so we could make a time of it.

Maybe we could even put in a workout together somewhere at mine or your gym. LAFitness on Signal Butte or Greenfield and the 60 are very close to me.

Think about it.

Thanks T1 :)

How are thing?

Pretty Good bro. The wife and i are in the process of buying a home. Stressful, but well worth it. Hopefully by mid/late next year we'll have a little T1 too.:) We're going to move back to the tampa area. We both have jobs lined up already, however we're still waiting on the house to come through.

We should. Once my schedule lets up a little bit I'll let you know and we can plan something.

Congrats on both.

Didn't you have a baby already just recently or is the still that same pregnancy I thought I read about a little while back? Chronologically it can't be if it is due next year.

She must have just got preg-o. So what gives? Is this #1 or #2?

Lol, no this will be number one. We are going to start trying by the end of this year hopefully. We wanted to wait until we bought a home and became settled first. I'm dreading moving again......i hate it:frustrate:

If all goes accordingly, that's the plan. It'll be nice to be back in tampa. Much closer to watch my sox kick some devil ray butt! :D

Snap!

I accidentally found the Pantera show I was at when they came to the Mesa Amphitheater way way back
