Has anyone tried this stuff. Its a liquid whey protein with 48 grams of protein in a 3 oz tube. No sugars and 0 fat. Any clue?
 
I dont know how good it is but it looks like a an alright product. Ive tried the 25gram shots before. Theres no real way to tell if it actually does anything though.
 
I think its one of the easiest ways to chug the protein. Thanks for the reply. You got me all excited on the first post:cheers:
 
the molecular weight of the protein must be low since it turns clear in the liquid. It is probably good for post workout since the lower molecular weight of the hydrolized proteins would make is faster absorbing.
