Speeding with clen at high rpm's

I am somewhat new to this board and want to jump right in.

I will be receiving clen and rpm in about 5-7days and wanted to log this as it will be my first time with stims stronger than ephedra.

Current goals: Cutting down to 5-7% while maintaining strength.

Training shcedule: Mon-Shoulders/Trap/Cardio
Tues-Quads/Hams/Sprints (Morning Cardio)
Wed-Core/Calves/Cardio
Thurs-Chest/Bis/Forearms
Fri-Core/Calves/Cardio
Sat-Back/Tris (Morning Cardio)
Sun-Morning Cardio (Opt)

Current Supplements: Xtend/Bulk BCAA's, DTH, Levi Relaod, Ephedra, Green Tea, Mult, Fish Oil, Orotine, BA, Bulk Leucine
(before Morning Cardio), and Yellow Gold

Diet: 2350 cals/ 255g Protein/185g Carbs/60g Fats for wo days
2450 cals/255g Protein/210g Carbs/60g Fats for Morn cardio/wo days
2200 cals/255g Protein/145g Carbs/60g Fats
7 meals each day and all complex carbs w/ YG meals 3x ed and veggies with other meals

i will cont to use levi while using rpm and clen but not every day.
 
That is a lot of stims. You need to cut out something or your heart and BP will hate you.
 
well to be honest i really dont and the rpm is mostly for the days with morning cardio, i will take it before lifting later in the day. rpm will not be an everyday affair.
 
Have you used clen before? If not, try it solo at a low dose first. Then up it slowly to assess tolerance before you even think about adding RPM. I actually thought RPM shot my BP fairly high alone.

i have not used it b4. and i plan on using it solo for most of the cycle anyway. also i do have protocol(sp?) to follow for clen also.
 
i know 36 hrs. its much of a precation thing. if u look at boxmeman's log he is using clen with somedays as high as 9 rpm!
Assuming his clen is legit, that is one of the worst and most irresponsible uses of clen I have ever seen.

hmmmm interesting analysis you have going here Rodja you dont even have a freaking clue what my dosage protocol is at all.... Im sure you have heard of tripdog? he uses clen preworkout!! man seriously....

I guess you don't understand the dangers of a long T 1/2 and P450 enzymatic inhibition in addition to other stimulants. Unless you are taking only 20-40mcg, which is a pointless dose for fat loss, then the clen will continue to build up in your system and the T 1/2 will be prolonged due to the P450 delay as well.

Rodja's right. Play it safe with anything new that's powerful like clen. Why don't you post your protocol?
 
ok today was a good day overall
hit my macros of 2350/255/185/60

and did 3 sets of 12 for:
decline cruntches
reverse cruntches
side bends
4x20/20/15/15 calf raises (standing)
then had a terrible 30min run, my shin splints are getting bad!

still waiting on rpm and clen :(

good start man! Do you mean crunches? Ive never heard of cruntches...lol anyhow keep it up!

ok so far today i had a 30min morning cardio session (fasted)
10min warm-up
20min Hiit training with 20sec sprint and 20sec walk

i had
3 speed
1 psarm 30min B4
and drank 3g L-leucine 5-10min B4
and 3g L-leucine right after

rest period between sets is 30-45 secs on most (60-90 on deads/squats/lunges/stiff-legged deadlifts)
each Lifting session is under 1hr, some go to 1 1/2 with the extra half hr being cardio (when i do that i will drink 3g leucine b4 running)

Diet:
lifting days w/ post wo running will be about 2450/265/205/55
morn cardio w/ lifting days will be about 2550/265/225/55
only cardio days will be about 2350/265/185/55
and off days will be about 2250/265/160/55
All carbs (not including veggies) will be with YG meals

great run today, either the pSARM has already started or the extra 2g BA after abs and b4 cardio did it for me. i have a feeling that DTH + pSARM is gonna ROCK, im one day 1 of pSARM and day 16 of my first bottle of DTH (6 a day), im doing a full 2 bottle run of DTH and possibly a 2 bottle run of pSARM!

naww he's trying gain LOTS of fat hahahaha he's def stepped up his game!! I've helped him intesify his cardio! He really aught to progress quite well!

(i felt really sick while running but my body and head was in it, to bad everytime i started really running i almost threw up! :( )

last day of lg speed (10 day run!!!) i felt speed did a great job of these last 10 days, i leaned up well and appitite was dead. overall good prod and will use use again in the future.

(felt good on this, i have a major chest inbalance so im using db to try and even myself out, any suggestions to fix this are welcomed)
**flat db press 40x10/45x10/45x8 (on the last set i wasnt getting a good feeling out of my right pec, the lacking one, so i stuck with that weight)

i also have a huge bi imbalance and i was suprised my left bi could not handle more weight, great ex tho)

i lost a lot of strength when cutting before the holidays, even 135 flat bench was heavy, then i binged all holiday season and got fat again, lol. now here i am cutting again but trying to regain my strength and fix my muscle imbalances.

yea your still pretty thick like what 20%bf now :lol: Anyhow I'm ready to see you put some weight up!! Or become chiseled....

i was really bored this wo and had to tri deff try ex's or i would have just walked away, head was not in it at all.

on a better note i just finished reading some great training articles by Dr. Joe Klemczewski, and will utilize some of his methods to help increase strength and size during my cut. it will include alternating low rep weeks with mod-high rep weeks and deads and squats are also alternated week to week to allow full recovery and max potential.

Week 1
shoulders (low reps)
legs (high reps/front squats and not reg and high rep leg curls instead of stiff legged deads/walking DB lunges too)
chest/bis/forearms (high reps)
back/tris (low reps/ this week will include deadlifts)

Week 2
shoulders (high reps)
legs (low reps/reg squats/stiff legged deads/ barbell lunges)
chest/bis/forearms (low reps)
Back/tris (high reps with deads being replaced by long-bar rows and hyperextensions (sp?))

if u guys want i will post exact excersises and reps. since i will have track strength by every two weeks i will log all weights (i already do this on my own). this should allow good variety and progress.
