I believe it! Seriosly Have still been getting stronger as well with the creatine and Pslin. This is on a caloric deficit on most days, only on the days Im not working (ususally once or twice a week) do I get in enough cals.
But I do still get to abuse carbs more through both the days that Im in deficit, so I dont just die at work, and also big time preworkout and on my larger cal days. Which leads me to the below quote.
I personally think that If your going to choose to use a Diet like ckd AND still want to try something like AP as well theeeeeeen just adjust the ckd diet.
Use at least 15-30g's of carbs with each dose to really get its effects going and just dont count those carbs as part of your diet, continue to reduce everywhere else your supposed to and pretend lik those carbs are just part of your AP not part of your caloric diet. I feel this way youll get the best of both worlds. Then on your refeed days bust out and get the full 60g's of carbs with your dosing meals if not a lil more and the AP will be doing double time for helping your body store that needed glycogen refeed where its supposed to go, the muscles.
JMO, been thinking this for a bit everytime I see a guy ask about using AP along with the CKD diet.... think you should take the diet as just an outline then always take your supps in to account and what they can do for you and mold your base diet around what they can do.
