While the Boss is Away.....Part Deux!

Gotta run to teh bank, the lil lady has her poonany, or as will would say, vajayjay, hostage until she gets her hair done...talk to ya cats later...

Well I figure I will do single set 20 reps one week 2 sets of 12 for all but Squats one week and 3 of 8 another week, then repeat

because they aren't quite steroids, and dont seem to be dosed (at a reasonable price) that high to get steroidal gains
from my understanding this statement isnt true.

According to 3clpise MMV2 isnt a week steroid at all, not a huge mass builder, but def strong(a big strength compound).

And according to Matt Cahill this 3-AD is a serious player and will def deliver results... .... also have word that it may turn out to be a fairly dandy mass builder.... I dont think there are even enough people taking and reviewing the new androsterones to say they arent quite steroids, specially with the science behind them... in the body they are most definately steroids.

It is figure of words, and not be taken literally, but the theory in practice is, if you jumped in a pool with all your clothes on, you would be heavier than you were when you were dried.

-TF

Even in that situation it's a waste of words.
If how much someone weighs while wet is unimpressive, then just giving their standard weight will also be unimpressive.

And no one ever measures body weight in relation to clothing.

When we were conversing about pulsing, you suggested a month time frame with a pulse, with an average dose of said compound.

What gains do you expect in that month period?

Focus on diet and nutrition and some solid natty supplements, could that met or exceed the same gains as a conservative pulse?

-TF

I would expect 1 pound per week, or 4 pounds in a month as a good pulse (with focus on nutrition, also of course). If you were conservative like you mention, let's say you get half the results: .5 lb/week.

But as a natural, with focus on nutrition and good supplements, I would be expecting at most .25 pounds per week.

Without focus on nutrition, but with some natural supplementation, I expect almost no gains.

And without any diet or supplements, you won't get anywhere.

Not bad, but obvious each individual it will very depending on whether or not they are ecto, endo, or mesomorph.

Funny that you mention 20 rep squats. I will be adding them to my workout. I plan on doing so after my PCT.

Anywho, so it is one big circuit? I like the idea. I would suggest though on one day of the weak to have a heavy weight day.

You have to tell those muscles how much you love them and not to go away ;)

I would agree with incorporating heavy sets every so often for each major compound group.

Are you guys talking about where you do 20 rep squats with a weight you normally do for 10?

yeah, i'm doing them that way right now, may go for the breathing squats in a bit. the first 10 go by easily, but the last 10 are all rough. I'm pretty close to blacking out by the end. under 2 minutes for the 20 reps, probably 5 minutes to recover

interesting

Breathing Squat

Squats can be incorporated into mega-sets that will not only induce muscle growth and burn a tremendous amount of calories, but will improve your cardiovascular health as well. These squats are known as "breathing squats." You perform about 10 rhythmic repetitions, exhaling as you ascend and inhaling as you descend. After the 10th rep, you take an extra breath between reps (i.e. down + breathe in, up + breathe out, breathe in, breathe out, down + breathe in, etc.)

After about 5 more reps like this, take two breaths between reps, etc. It is important not to perform breathing squats with a light weight - these are only to be employed when required to obtain extra repetitions. If you use this technique without sufficient weight, you can actually hyperventilate and become dizzy or pass out!

So 20 reps are your 20rm?

Still pretty taxing. anything of 6 and I am spent :D

Not really that bad, but I stay under 12 usually

I like to go 30 or higher sometimes and rep with continuous tension in the deep stretch portion of the movement.

I get excited just thinking about it.

You don't want to pass out doing squats :D

Poliquin refers to Breathing Squats as using rest-pause technique, which is another good method for strength and hypertrophy...

You sound smart throwing numbers out like that, but it all measn nothing.

You guys take your steroids and you will not be able to come close to someone all natural like me.

It's only about a 30 second set since it's a partial rep range that you do rhythmically.

I've been doing some 30 rep (each leg, alternating) lunge sets recently. Those are like a 3 minute set and by then end, people around me are probably thinking I'm a little masochistic.

You have me thinking the same thing...

I might have to incorporate that though.

Labeling yourself natural and taking steroids both seem like ways to try to feel better than other people, don't they?

Both are difficult roads. I wouldn't judge someone based on their choice.

i bought this a few weeks ago i got it all set up and i havent used it lol what a waste of 850dlls

I'm trying to walk the straight and narrow here with my comments...but funny how people are quick to judge. Diet and training are still involved. I have a buddy that juices and takes DNP, but still looks like a fat POS...

I agree 109%. People take steorids to feel good about themselves, which makes it artifical and gone once they stop taking them.

BE ALL NATURAL!!!!!!!11

True.

It's takes more than steroids to look good and get presents.

So, You aren't going to taht fancy gym any longer?

no, I looked at it and realized with the baby being born next month and all the upheaval that will be that it will be very difficult to continue to do that 1 1/2 hrs at the gym consistently. so at least with this in the house, I can break a workout up into a few 20 minute segments thru the day
