Straight steroid cycle = impatient people that want to get muscular
natural = infinitely patient or cautious people
pulse steroid cycle = people that don't want to be asked "what are you on?", but still want some enhancements

Care to define 'some enhancements'? I think there is a thin line between natural and pulsing. The only difference is, they are not natural for a couple of days.

What's with people saying things like: "he couldn't weight more than X while wet."

What does that even mean?

That if one weighed themselves after a shower, but before drying that they would somehow significantly weigh more than if they hadn't showered?

I'm going to make a generous guess that water clinging to hair and skin would not increase body weight by more than 1%. And given that, the phrase is a waste of words when making a weight comparison.

Or does "when wet" somehow mean when they're retaining lots of water or haven't urinated? Still, I wouldn't say those factors could contribute more than 3-5% to weight. Waste of words.

a pulser that wants some enhancement = "I'd like to be only slightly better than I would have been, with little risk, and the only aspect of natural vs. unnatural that I care about is whether people will be more likely to ask what drugs I'm taking. Maybe in short: I'm not an attention whore."
 
How do the new style 2 step conversion prohormones like LG science's methyl masteron v2 or apparently new 3-ad fit into that?

because they aren't quite steroids, and dont seem to be dosed (at a reasonable price) that high to get steroidal gains

It is figure of words, and not be taken literally, but the theory in practice is, if you jumped in a pool with all your clothes on, you would be heavier than you were when you were dried.

When we were conversing about pulsing, you suggested a month time frame with a pulse, with an average dose of said compound.

What gains do you expect in that month period?

Focus on diet and nutrition and some solid natty supplements, could that met or exceed the same gains as a conservative pulse?

A say you have better luck in Vegas. Until these are tried and ture, I would waste your time or money. Especially if the gains are not significant.

no, because you would concentrate on diet and nutrition for the pulse as well. i'd imagine a 4-5 week pulse of something like epistane good for 4-6lbs lean, and superdrol maybe as much as 7-8, dose depending of course.

Let me just jump on in.

The average natural bodybuilder/athlete can synthesize between 0.25 and 0.5lbs of muscle tissue per week. Therefore, it can build 1-2lbs of muscle per month of training on average.

So, diet alone would be pretty hard to achieve 4-6lbs of dry muscle. Now if we are talking total weight, it is possible to store 40g of glycogen per 100g of muscle. If you gained 14 lbs scale weight, roughly you would have 10lb of muscle added.

I am saying that would be very hard for a trained natural athlete/bodybuilder to gain more than 2lbs of dry muscle on diet alone.

I can't help it, its a disease. down to 187~188 now, finally really at 15% bf. headed for 10 by the end of april dammit.
 
really tho, after 4-5 years of adding 2lbs a month, thats over 100lbs. you can't go on indefinitely like that without something more. I'm doubting you could do 2lbs of lean mass a month past the 3rd year, if even that long. Sure 2lbs on the scale, if 1-1.5 is fat
 
I just finished getting cute, and now started PCT. I had some decent results, but had two deaths in the family...so, I really didn't hit consecutively until the last few weeks of my cycle.
 
well, winter is harsh up there, you needed the extra coat of fat to survive. sorry to hear about the family deaths, thats always hard.

Strength jumped up through the roof. My uncle was diagnosed with Acute-Leukemia around Christmas time. So, my training pretty much ceased. He ended up passing away Jan 2. Started going again, and then my Grandma died in February.

So to some it up, my diet was crap and so was the training. Lost a lot of strength, but by the end of the cycle, I gained it back and then some. I finished with Incline press with 10 sets of 3 reps at 280lbs.

i've just started a full body workout routine that is 1 set per exercise, 20 reps to failure, 2 exercises per major group, one each for bis/tris. 20 squats is really something else.

How is this workout laid out, as supersets or straight sets?
And 20rm is pretty tough, I presume you are popping BA like tic-tacs, which leads me to question, does BA have it's place in Lactic Acid induced workouts? Does BA just buff the ions or suppress lactic acid?

How many workouts do you have to alternate?

GBC is pretty similar:

A1) Quad dominant excercise 2-3sets/15-20reps/45-60s rest
A2) Back exercise 2-3sets/15-20reps/45-60s rest

B1) Hip/Hammie dominant excercise 2-3sets/15-20reps/45-60s rest
B2) Chest exercise 2-3sets/15-20reps/45-60s rest

And you do this for the entire body, finishing with arms and abs.

its all one bigass superset basically. minimal rest to change weights between sets, except for the 3-5 minutes after squats.

I'm still sort of fleshing out the details on it, I just decided to go this route on sunday.

Not sure on the lactic acid, and damn but i'm out of bulk BA. I have some swell left, going to need to be abusing that now. This wasn't really crafted for the lactic acid attack (although GBC was in my head) so much as trying to do a circuit style workout, and wanted to incorporate 20 rep squats :)
 
Funny that you mention 20 rep squats. I will be adding them to my workout. I plan on doing so after my PCT.

Anywho, so it is one big circuit? I like the idea. I would suggest though on one day of the weak to have a heavy weight day.

You have to tell those muscles how much you love them and not to go away ;)

In addition,

I have two more weeks on my cycle, and I want to revisit my PCT.

So, far I have three bottls of primal mail, two bottles of post cycle support, and a two 180 cap bottles of 6-oxo. Are my balls covered?
