Bassgod's Mass Xxxplosion Cycle!!

Should I take 37.5mg of E and 200mg caffeine for my EC stack? I did 25mg E and 200mg Caff, and didn't really feel anything from it. Thanks in advance.

Depends on your reason for taking it. If you're taking it as a pre workout stim, which I doubt if you're using TST, I guess you could up the dose but I personally wouldn't. If you're taking it to burn fat 20mg - 25mg 2 to 3 times a day is all you need. You won't get much of a buzz from it after a while but it is still working as a thermogenic. When I use it as a stim I cycle on & off to avoid the necessity to up the dosage.

My thinking exactly. Bassgod shouldn't really be hurting for a stim-buzz anyway. He should be plenty jacked-up from the TST:aargh:. Personally, I don't even use stims anymore, and feel better than ever. I read where caffiene actually raises estrogen in men. Something I'll wager that we don't want. I remember going into a health food store years ago and asking the owner what would be good to increase energy. I told him I had already tried the ECA stack and all the other stims out: Guarana, kola nut, gotu kolu, mau huang, willow bark, and a plethora of others. He asked me how much vitamin C i was taking. I looked at him puzzled and asked why. He said 2 or 3 grams of Vitamin C per day would work wonders for overall energy. Then I began reading articles on adrenal fatigue. Now I mega-dose Vitamin C at 2 or 3 grams everyday. I feel great!! Also, while on a cycle of compounds that everyone says will create lethargy, I found 200 mg. of DHEA per day will help with this also. Oh well, this is all just my $0.02 worth!!

Well I DO love stims, lol. Love the libido boost and good energy from them. This is more for while i'm at work and for fat loss ho. Not for a pre-wo stim. The TST and P-Plex are doing me well in that department. I am just afraid to take more than 1 dose of EC during the day, because I don't want to have trouble sleeping at night. Anyone know when the latest time in the day I can take it and not have any problems? Maybe take it at like 9am and another dose around 1 or 2?

yea 1 or 2 is fine...it REALLY depends on the user and dosage..personally i can take eca at night pre workout and sleep just fine....So at 1 or 2pm you def aught to be fine!!!

Thanks BOX. I'll try this and if all goes well, i'll add another dose around 5pm. Popped my 15mg p-plex a minute ago and 12mg TST about an hour ago. I'll take the EC now; pre-wo. Headed to the gym in an hour for shoulders/traps. Gonna be a sick workout i'm sure. I'll update when I get back.

I went yesterday,and he had four again.Seems weird.Maybe thats his plan to get people to buy,to act like he's almost sold out of a discontinued supplement.I love ebay,the great deals aren't always there,but they will show up with time.

Between you guys and me, that person had 38+ bottles for sale just a couple of weeks ago. I bought 5 bottles!! He only puts about 3-5 for sale on ebay at a time. Just e-mail them again if you want more. I'm sure we will!!:wave:
 
DAY 9: Shoulders/Traps

The phera is starting to kick in! :twisted: I increased arnolds and seated DB presses by 3 reps today. I also increased front and lateral raises by 3 reps. I felt AWESOME the whole time and didn't want to leave the gym, but my gym is not hardcore by any means. They close at 4 on saturdays apparantly! LOL. Wussies, they are. I felt very strong today and was amped up the entire session. In between sets I did some hanging leg raises and couldn't help but pace back and forth getting psyched up for the next set. I had hatebreed/all that remains/lamb of god/slayer/all out war playing thru my sets, and I was just amped the whole time due to the TST and hardcore tunes, lol. From here on out I plan n increasing my poundages each week. I should have done it today, but figured i wouldn't work my shoulders too hard. They felt great tho, so IT'S ON NOW!!!

Yeah, I take 2 grams of it before every workout!! The 200 mg. of DHEA on-cycle seems to help with anti-cortisol and also to combat the dreaded lethargy:yawn:!! I'll also go 200 mg. of DHEA 2 weeks into PCT, and then drop it to 100 mg. for week 3, and then one last frop to 50 mg. an the last week of PCT. This is all per Dr.D!!! He knows his schizzle!!! I'm 5 weeks out from starting my insane epi/superdrol stack. Week 1: 20 mg. of each (epi and super). Week 2: 30 mg. of each compound. And then finally, Week 3: 40 mg. of each to finish off my "German Blitzkrieg Cycle":twisted:. How do you guys like the name? I'm gonna do my first log on it also!! You guys jump on board!!:hammer:

I've read the same but my question is if that's true why do I feel so bittchy before I have my morning coffee? From my experiences with the opposite sex I would think if caffeine raises estrogen I would be bittchy after my coffee! lol

That's why I said no more for me piston! I used to love me stims also!!:aargh: Nowadays, it's 2 or 3 grams of Vitamin C per day. 2 grams before workout on my workout days. I've read that this helps with adrenal fatigue.
 
ive never really been to fond of stims for preworkout, a main reason is because people just become dependant on them and can hardly workout without one. thats pretty weak imo.

Whenever i stop using one i think i'm going to notice a big difference and be dragging my feet through the whole wo,but once i start it's no different.After a break,i notice a difference when using again.I like the creatine/pump/energy supps myself.I train about 2 hours after i wake up,so when works busy and i'm up at 4:30 when getting home at 9:00 the night before,it's a nice little boost.When works not busy i don't have the money for them,but don't really need them either.
 
I like my pre-wo stims too man. I used to wake up at 4am for work get home around 3pm drink some noxplode, coffee whatever WO for an hour and a half and then go to school form 6 till 10pm. So having the energy to push weight every day on that much work and that little sleep IMO would have been impossible without them. I never heard about the estro thing though yikes, (scratches head takes a drink of coffee)

If you're not willing to do these 2 things, alot of your expensive supps and PH's and PS's are NOT going to do for you what you want them to. This is a fact!!:study:

That's true but life demands more out of me than I have time for sometimes so instead of ditch the WO's I'd rather go with a stim for a little help. Personally I'm a union electrician and I am required to go to school at the hall 3 nights for a week 3-4 hours a night after a 10 hour day of working in a copper mine 6/days a week. So sleep happens when I can, 7-8 hours has bee reduced to 5-6 if that, a lot of time. Fact is not everyone is lucky enough to have a schedule that allows for the amount of rest and food they would like so stims do have there place IMO.

i work graveyard shift and in the afternoon when i wake up i never need a stim but if im going to workout after my work shift then ill occasionally take a small dose just to give me a lil boost if i had a long day at work. I guess what im trying to say and my view on it is that if you dont really need a stim then dont take one.
 
So you're taking 6 caps of methoxy tst each workout? That seems really underdosed...
Wll, I'm using it as part of a stack cycle I'm just finishing this week. The stack included: ALRI Methoxy TRN @ 3 caps per day (4.5 mg.) 4 caps of M-Dien ( 12 mg.) plus 15 mg. of phera-plex everyday. Then I would pulse the TST @ 6 caps 2 hours pre-workout. It works great for me!!:head:

Have you ever used TST before? Do you know what it is? Have you read logs on it? 2mg (1cap) is underdosed. Read the label directions, it says 1 cap 2 to 3 times daily. The dose that thundergod and I are taking is TWICE the recommended dose, lol. 12mg is the sweet spot for this compound, just ask anyone who has used it. It is NOT a mass builder. It is VERY androgenic. It'll harden you up some, boost strength, and give awesome aggression and focus thru sessions. You can run it everyday, but it's just not really worth it IMO. MANY users say they get boil like acne from it, gain strength, gain a few pounds of mass, and drop a little bf. I'd rather use it workout days only to avoid the sides, still get the strength, still have the amazing focus/aggression, AND add an extra pound or 2 of mass.

At the same time, you'll have that wet, bloated, puffy look from the estrogen to go with your "liquid speed". Try hoodia, 7-keto, dhea, or green tea for these fat-burning effects you desire! Sublingual B-12 also is great for energy!! Too many stims are frying your adrenal receptors dude!!:aargh:

LOL, I got it bro. I just didn't reply to it. I agree with you on caffeine. It is just a fact. It also aids better than some pain meds in relieving headaches. I'm sure that the extent of it raising estro is minimal at best.

My Retain2 has 7-keto but I've never tried hoodia. Looks like it's an appetite suppressant which I don't really need because I get the same effect from a low GI carb diet when I cut. This time around I'm going to try DCP stacked with something else. Not sure yet what I will stack but I have lots of ephedrine & caffeine as a backup. I know caffeine is supposed to reduce the risk of Parkinson's disease in men and I've heard about the rise in estrogen but I thought it was minimal in men and more pronounced in women. Can someone please point me to a study done on men. Thanks.

Yea hoodia when dosed properly is killer at suppressing appetite!

No, I actually didn't know what it was, but thanks for clearing that up. I've got a cycle where I'm bridging halo and phera, with tren across the bridge. Adding tst in there on workout days would be a little overboard wouldn't it?

In my opinion adding the TST would NOT be overkill for several reasons. It is mildly dosed. It is NOT methylated! It shouldn't suppress the HTPA much at all. It is wundebar at increasing focus and aggression:aargh:!! Try it out for a few weeks, and I think you'll like it also!:hammer:
 
Alright, I think I will, if it gets to be a little too much then I'll stop, but i've got a bottle on the way already so I might as well!!
 
I know some aren't supposed to be frozen,like epistane.Could you freeze tst?If so how long would it be good for,before it starts losing potency?If i like this stuff I would like to buy more,but mine expire in march of 09.Also,is it realy necasary to vacuum seal them when they're already sealed and closed tight?I understand if they have been opened and are the lides that are "loose"
 
You can get with Bassgod about this matter. But I personally would NOT freeze them. There is a possibility of freezing harming the actives in the compound. Pat Arnold spoke of this some time ago. Just store them in a cool, dry, and dark place. I keep all of my gear in my bedroom dresser-drawer. All in large freezer-bags!!!:thumbsup:

I don't like the idea of freezing them either.It seems many do it though.I just figured since they were close to expiration,maybe i would look into it.Hopefully some other company will start making something like this.If not this.
