I shouldn't say "forgot." I should say "was being held down by the man." Next time I will break his knee caps.

Awwww yeah!!!! I am now convinced Jacob is on to something special. I am going on day 19 of the new product and my strength was amazing tonight! I am on a 16 day split and this is the first time back around to this day and I was able to bang out 2 more reps than last time on dumbbell flat bench and am back to the 150s. The weight just felt light tonight! I set PRs on flat dumbbell bench and I am still about 10 pounds lighter than when I hit my previous PR on these. Maybe I was just really fired up tonight because I got stuck in a stupid motorcade in downtown DC! ugh. LOL
Flat dumbbell press (got 130sx12, 140sx7, and 150sx3 drop to 115sx7...all PRs). Like I said before, the weight just felt light tonight. I then moved on to hammer grip hammer strength pulldowns, smith machine upright rows, incline hammer press (banged out 4 plates each side for 10 which was a PR), wide isolation rotary lat pulldown, smith machine military press, low cable flys, and knee-in crunches.
I should note that my sleep has continued to be extremely deep!
D
Really enjoy following your log and your site! You've been a great inspiration to me and I appreciate how you contribute to Natural Bodybuilding!!! Keep after it bro!
One thing for sure...this stuff has got me fired up! It takes my drive to a new level.
I should mention that Steph rocked deadlifts today. She did 225x7 at a bodyweight of 130....I was really impressed and proud of her.

Thursday March 20, 2008 - Off Day
Today was a much needed complete off day (no cardio). Recently my workouts have been so intense than I am burned for days. I have always been intense but my drive recently has been noticeably increased and thus I needed to give my CNS a little breather.
I had a ridiculous pump tonight after one set of rows!
Mini review going onto week 5.
My workouts have been ridiculously intense that I need a little more time for my CNS to recover. I have been consistantly hitting PRs every week. Hope this continues. Also, my pumps have been RRRRRRReeeeee-gosh-darn-diculous LOL. To the point that I don't think I could even touch my nose when training arms. I usually have good pumps because of high carbs, AP/Pslin, and NO preworkout drinks but this is definitely over the top. One of the biggest things I have noticed is VERY vivid dreams and VERY deep sleep.
Going onto week 5 and will have bloodwork done this week.
So far this is definitely a winner...
Glad to hear you are feeling better man! I battled it during the 2nd week of January and missed the gym for 4 days. It SUCKED!!! Get after it and tear it up!
good to see ya back to normal Doug.
Sunday April 13, 2008 - Quads and hams
Big Steph and I killed it today! She was like the freakin energizer bunny....ever see a woman doing walking dumbbell lunges with 80 pound dumbbells at a body weight of 131? Sheesh! I started with Barbell squats today for the first time in a long while (because of my knee). I didn't do anything crazy but repping with 405 actually felt great!. I then did ATG feet close hack squats, leg press superset walking dumbbell lunges, laying leg curl, 1 set of leg extensions (knee was worn out by then), outer and inner thigh, one leg standing leg curls, and ab machine. We were both fired up today!
I have no idea what I weigh because I have not weighed myself in a while. I have been so busy at work and my schedule has been off so my normal weighing time has been off. Still waiting on my blood test results from USP Labs test booster.
