A few months ago I took up muay thai training 3-4x per week and while I usually have enough natural energy to train muay thai, I am finding it hard sometimes to get myself to lift. I would say only one out of my three lifting days I am really focused and not dragging ass. RPM will usually do the trick, but recently I have even been slacking on that. After some initial research, I was thinking about RPM+the ultimate mass pump stack by nutraplanet to try and get me going a bit.
Any other suggestions for pre-workout energy boosting?
