You ****ing morons are arguing with me after I posted a valid point. I replied to someone stating boxing was useless. You ****ing morons tooks my orignial post so far off.

I will tell the oringal guy who I was refering to in my orignial post. He also told me Beta-Alanine was not a Amino Acids. I didnt want to argue with him so I let it go. But now I feel like arguing. Beta Alanine is and Amino Acids. I have a Master's degree in Molecular Biology and I work with chemists and we both agree it is an amino acid. It is incorporated into protein? I can't say the body does ir doesn't but what I do know is the structure of an amino acids.

And amino acids has a central carbon that is attached to 1) an amino group, 2) a carboxyl group 3) a hydrogen 4) a specialized R group. Beta Alanine qualifies 1-4 are present. The Beta refers to the oreintation of one of the bonds on the perpendicular plane of the moleculer. The orientation of the bond doesnt change the fact that it is an amino acids. It may not be incorporated into proteins that doesn't mean it is not an A.A. either
 
I get a kick out of all you ****ing wannabe muscle heads in this forum who talk and talk about their knowledge of how supplements act a molecular level. You dont know ****. You read one study and think you know something but really you know **** and the study you read is probably completely bias paid for by the company that produced the supplement in the first place. If I wanted to I could do a piece of crap study in the lab and make it appear I cured cancer.

In biochemistry, beta-alanine (or β-alanine) is the only naturally occurring beta amino acid.

This says nothing about a bond to another amino acids. Maybe your just being lazy.

the thing is alexander if people want to go off the path of this thread and turn it into something it's not then who is really in the wrong? My biggest fault in life, something I wish I could change about myself is reacting to stupidity. This post was about --boxing not being worthless in the street against the average guy-- that is all it was about from the beginning.

Personally, I train with my Glock to be averagely fast; I'm not worried about the ex-spec-ops guy or pro-shooter. ;) I mean, that's what 99% of the rest of the population is: average. I'll take my chances.

And if I was Rodja, I wouldn't have much to say either after being wrong about beta-alanine and then coming back trying to say how he is actually correct but being proven wrong again. And actually also about the points made in my initiating statment in the first place. And I didnt challenge rodja to an e fight i simply asked him if he competes in bjj and what competitions he may be at this year and what weight i would need to cut to be in his class. Does that sound like i am challenging him to a e fight. Again what i say is twisted by a jackass
 
ok i see 5-10 175 where do you compete rodja i go to lots of competitions. But then again, i doubt your very technical in bjj if you are mma you know in a gi.
